貫穿式
卸荷通道和壓力閥分別設(shè)立.卸荷時(shí),各聯(lián)閥芯均處于中立位置,油源來(lái)油經(jīng)一條專用的貫穿各路閥的油道卸回油箱,卸荷油道貫穿各路換向閥.當(dāng)其中任一路閥工作時(shí)(即把此卸荷油道切斷).油源來(lái)油就從該路換向閥進(jìn)入所控制的執(zhí)行元件,工作壓力大小由圖中壓力閥限定.采用該種卸荷方式優(yōu)點(diǎn)是換向閥閥桿從中立位置→工作位置的移動(dòng)過(guò)程中,卸荷油道是逐漸被關(guān)閉的,進(jìn)入執(zhí)行元件的油量逐漸增加,系統(tǒng)壓力逐漸升高,執(zhí)行元件啟動(dòng)平穩(wěn),無(wú)沖擊,而且有一定調(diào)速性能,壓力閥結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單.其缺點(diǎn)是卸荷油道長(zhǎng),壓力損失大,尤其換向閥路數(shù)多時(shí),弊端更為突出,該種卸荷方式多用于路數(shù)較少的場(chǎng)合.
