橡膠止水帶保存運(yùn)輸注意事項(xiàng)：

橡膠止水帶在運(yùn)輸與貯存時(shí)不能長時(shí)間露天曝曬，防止雨淋，勿與污染性強(qiáng)的化學(xué)物質(zhì)接觸，防止機(jī)械，鋼筋損傷。產(chǎn)品應(yīng)存放場所最好保持-10℃－+30℃，相對(duì)濕度在40%－80%應(yīng)注意勿使其損壞，放置于通風(fēng)、干燥處、并應(yīng)避免陽光直射，禁止與酸堿油類及有機(jī)溶劑等接觸，且隔離熱源，應(yīng)保存于室內(nèi)，并不得重壓，成品應(yīng)取直平放，勿加重壓。存放場所最好保持-10~+30，相對(duì)濕度40%~80%。自生產(chǎn)日期起半年內(nèi)產(chǎn)品性能應(yīng)符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。

注：用戶定貨時(shí)應(yīng)根據(jù)工程結(jié)構(gòu)，設(shè)計(jì)圖紙計(jì)算好產(chǎn)品長度，異型結(jié)構(gòu)要有圖紙說明，盡量在工廠中將止水帶連接成整體，如需在現(xiàn)場連接時(shí)，可采用電加熱板硫化粘合或冷粘接(橡膠止水帶)或焊接(塑料止水帶)的方法，如用戶連接有困難，我公司可派技術(shù)人員現(xiàn)場指導(dǎo)。

外貼（背貼）型橡膠止水帶作為防水板的輔材，可廣泛應(yīng)用于地下室、地鐵隧道、公路和鐵路隧道工程的防水及水壩、人工湖、水池、污水處理場、垃圾掩埋場等工程的混凝土構(gòu)筑物底板或壁板外側(cè)（構(gòu)筑物迎水面）的防水及防滲。實(shí)際應(yīng)用中主要使用在水壓及變形量較小的變形縫、伸縮縫、沉降縫等，具有與混凝土錨固緊密、止水密封及適應(yīng)伸縮縫拉伸變形等特點(diǎn)，結(jié)構(gòu)物的背貼式止水帶也可作為普通止水帶使用，應(yīng)用于混凝土現(xiàn)澆時(shí)變形縫、施工縫內(nèi)與混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)成為一體的基礎(chǔ)工程中，解決縫隙處的滲漏水問題背貼式止水帶主要適用于混凝土構(gòu)筑物底板或壁板外側(cè)（混凝土迎水面）。具有與混凝土錨固緊密、止水密封及彈性拉伸變形等特點(diǎn)。外貼式止水帶是防水板后的第一道防水層，對(duì)于隧道滲水的預(yù)防至關(guān)重要。

施工方法：

方法1、在止水帶背面配30mm厚木模板，模板的寬度和長度應(yīng)滿足止水帶安裝的要求，木模板應(yīng)與外墻整體模板連成一體，以防澆筑混凝土?xí)r木模板發(fā)生位移、漏漿，失去止水作用。同時(shí)用212in（lin=25mm）雙帽釘將外貼式橡膠止水帶與木模板固定，將雙帽釘釘在止水帶兩側(cè)最邊緣部位，每隔200mm釘雙帽釘一個(gè)。安裝好的止水帶應(yīng)平整，無下垂現(xiàn)象，此部位在澆筑混凝土后，強(qiáng)度達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度的80%以上方可拆模。
