Lead Crystal Batteries
Lead Crystal? batteries are designed for harsh environments. Working in temperatures above +65°C and down to -40?C they can be discharged down to 0 volts and recovered daily without loss of capacity while retaining the ability to recharge twice as fast as traditional Lead Acid variants. At -40?C the LC battery can provide up to 50% of the original rated capacity and at +40?C will achieve seven years service life.

Applications:
Lead Crystal? batteries can be used in any application where Lead Acid-AGM/GEL batteries are used today.

電池的使用
◆ 放電
不同放電電流時(shí)的終止電壓不得超過規(guī)定值。在完全或部分放電之后應(yīng)立即對電池進(jìn)行充電。
為了獲得最佳的使用壽命，建議電池放電深度不要超過額定容量的 60%。超過 60%的放電屬于深放電，會(huì)導(dǎo)致電池的使用壽命縮短。
◆ 溫度
電池的額定運(yùn)行溫度范圍是-20℃--55℃。所有的技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)都是在額定溫度 25℃條件下測出的。理想的溫度范圍是 25℃±5℃。過高溫度
將縮短電池壽命，過低的溫度會(huì)降低可用容量。溫度的絕對上限是 55℃。

● 浮充運(yùn)行是蓄電池的最佳運(yùn)行條件，此時(shí)電池一直處于滿荷電狀態(tài)，在此條件下運(yùn)行電池將達(dá)到最長的使用壽命。在 25℃，建議設(shè)置
電池的浮充電壓為 2.23~2.27V/單體，這種充電方法，完成再充電大約需要 24~36h。為了讓電池具有更好的使用性能，浮充電壓應(yīng)根據(jù)環(huán)境溫
度進(jìn)行調(diào)整，溫度補(bǔ)償系數(shù)-3.5mV/℃/單體電池，

● 膠體系列電池在下列情況下需對電池組進(jìn)行均衡充電或補(bǔ)充電：
①電池系統(tǒng)安裝完畢、投入運(yùn)行前應(yīng)先對電池組進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充電；
②電池?cái)R置停用時(shí)間超出六個(gè)月；
③電池長期處于浮充狀態(tài);未進(jìn)行過 40%C20 以上容量的放電，應(yīng)定期對電池進(jìn)行均
衡充電，均衡充電周期為 6 個(gè)月--1 年。
