產(chǎn)品規(guī)格：
鋁單板常規(guī)厚度：2.0mm、2.5mm、3.0mm。
折邊一般均為20mm 戶外用鋁單板厚度一般選擇2.5mm、3mm；低層和裙樓部分可選擇2.0mm 厚度，室內(nèi)墻面與吊頂用時(shí)可選擇最薄1.0mm 或1.5mm。最基本尺寸為1220mm×2440mm (平板)。成型鋁板的最大尺寸可達(dá)1600*4500mm。

安裝過程：安裝技巧：
一、建筑幕墻鋁單板所用工具：
無齒鋸片切割機(jī)、手電鉆、沖擊電鉆、射釘槍、各種規(guī)格的鉆花、扳手、螺絲刀、手錘、墨線、線垂、尼龍線、鋼卷尺、電焊機(jī)、氧切設(shè)備、受動(dòng)吸盤、電動(dòng)吊藍(lán)、注膠槍、風(fēng)動(dòng)拉鉚槍、安全帶等。
二、材料進(jìn)場(chǎng)前的準(zhǔn)備工作：
此部分工作為工程的起始階段，要以為施工服務(wù)為原則，按期、保質(zhì)、保量地完成，具體如下：
（一）設(shè)計(jì)人員需在合同簽訂后，根據(jù)本工程的建筑圖和幕墻工程方案圖，在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)提出本工程的用料計(jì)劃表。
（二）項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部與生產(chǎn)部互相配合,依據(jù)施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃表和工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)際情況作出本工程的加工計(jì)劃,合理組織、安排生產(chǎn)，保證產(chǎn)品及時(shí)到場(chǎng)。
三、安裝工藝流程
放線→固定骨架的連接件→固定骨架→安裝鋁板→收口構(gòu)造處理→檢驗(yàn)
