雙組機(jī)械式多頭數(shù)控皮革沖孔機(jī)，實(shí)用于皮革類材質(zhì)上的沖孔加工；該技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)有技術(shù)情況有四種：
1，根據(jù)沖孔圖制造模具，再放在沖床上加工，這種方法生產(chǎn)周期長(zhǎng)，模具制造成本高；
2，使用激光切割機(jī)燒孔，加工后的皮革表面會(huì)被燒焦發(fā)黑，影響產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和美觀；
3，使用氣缸沖孔，該加工方法噪音大，氣缸使用壽命短，增加了使用成本；
4，單組機(jī)械式?jīng)_孔機(jī)構(gòu)，該沖孔方式雖然在加工效率上、質(zhì)量上以及噪音上比以往的設(shè)備有所改變，但率上沒有雙組機(jī)械式皮革沖孔機(jī)構(gòu)高。雙組機(jī)械式多頭數(shù)控皮革沖孔機(jī)構(gòu)的加工速度是單組機(jī)械式皮革沖孔機(jī)加工速度的兩倍，但設(shè)備的制造成本卻與單組機(jī)械式皮革沖孔機(jī)的制造成本差不多，用同樣的成本設(shè)計(jì)出的設(shè)備在生產(chǎn)效率上卻提高了兩倍。實(shí)現(xiàn)雙組機(jī)械式多頭皮革沖孔加工效果。
