（一）化學(xué)注漿法

對(duì)于底板伸縮縫止水帶斷裂可采用化學(xué)注漿外加可卸式止水帶法進(jìn)行補(bǔ)救。由于化學(xué)注漿材料具有良好的與混凝土粘接性能，待其形成固體后具有良好的彈性和遇水膨脹性。在注漿前應(yīng)將先人工用鋼銼將原來(lái)伸縮縫內(nèi)的聚苯板、拉裂的止水帶及其他雜物清除干凈，然后用清希須處理部位500mm寬范圍內(nèi)的混凝土表面，使其達(dá)到表面干凈、平整、光滑?？p內(nèi)以及縫內(nèi)其他雜物清除干凈，可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況通過(guò)注漿管分次進(jìn)行高壓灌注，灌注之后在伸縮縫表面加防腐木條，之后外加頂壓鋼板；對(duì)于墻體伸縮縫則需在外側(cè)增加鋼筋混凝土擋板及嵌縫填料，之后在墻體頂部1米左右伸縮縫內(nèi)用化學(xué)注漿進(jìn)行封堵并使化學(xué)注漿與橡膠止水帶搭接，形成水栓；待施工完成后應(yīng)組織對(duì)伸縮縫寬度隨氣溫變化的觀測(cè)及地庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)總體變形量的觀測(cè)，以便于控制補(bǔ)救質(zhì)量。

在進(jìn)行塞填之前要采用同樣方法進(jìn)行清理。然后用電鉆按照一定間距在伸縮縫兩側(cè)進(jìn)行鉆孔和預(yù)埋膨脹螺栓。膨脹螺栓的規(guī)格要根據(jù)實(shí)際的不均勻沉降差確定，螺栓位置一定要準(zhǔn)確，預(yù)埋一定要穩(wěn)固。之后用手錘將加工好的瀝青麻絲塞進(jìn)伸縮縫內(nèi)進(jìn)行初步止水，在施工中要控制瀝青麻絲的塞填深度，以保證止水效果和節(jié)約膨脹橡膠的用量；進(jìn)行瀝青麻絲進(jìn)行初步止水之后，為了達(dá)到更佳效果，最好采用膨脹橡膠塞填瀝青麻絲未能塞滿的縫隙，最后膨脹橡膠的表面應(yīng)與混凝土表面持平，并要保證縫隙內(nèi)必須塞填密實(shí)；之后應(yīng)對(duì)混凝土表面再次進(jìn)行清洗，和對(duì)膨脹橡膠表面平整度的檢測(cè)，均符合要求后進(jìn)行橡膠板或鋼板的安裝，所用板材長(zhǎng)度應(yīng)與縫隙長(zhǎng)度相同，且板材的鉆孔位置及間距應(yīng)與膨脹螺栓鉆孔及位置相同。
