一、說(shuō)明
E6010高纖維素型焊條相當(dāng)于AWS A5.1標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的E6010焊條，規(guī)格有φ3.2、φ4.0和φ5.0mm?？蛇M(jìn)行全位置焊接，電弧吹力大，可實(shí)現(xiàn)單面焊雙面成形，熔化速度快，熔池清晰，脫渣容易，抗氣孔性能強(qiáng)，操作方便。
二、產(chǎn)品用途
E6010焊條適用于美國(guó)API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的X42~X56鋼管材的全位置焊接，也可應(yīng)用于對(duì)全位置焊接工藝要求高的其它焊接領(lǐng)域，如鍋爐壓力容器、大型橋梁等。

五、注意事項(xiàng)
1，使用前不允許對(duì)焊條進(jìn)行重新烘焙。
2，該類(lèi)型焊條應(yīng)保存在密閉的容器中，一旦打開(kāi)包裝應(yīng)盡快使用，避免長(zhǎng)時(shí)間暴露在陽(yáng)光下或溫度變化較大的環(huán)境中。
3，層間溫度不應(yīng)超過(guò)1
YD127普通錳型堆焊藥芯焊絲
說(shuō)明：YD127是低氫型渣系的堆焊藥芯焊絲，采用直流反接。該焊絲通過(guò)錳元素提高堆焊合金的硬度，由于加入合金元素少，經(jīng)濟(jì)性高，較適合于輕微磨損機(jī)件。
用途：用于堆焊受磨損的中、低
碳鋼或低合金鋼的表面，如車(chē)軸、齒輪、攪拌機(jī)葉片、行走主動(dòng)輪等。

說(shuō)明：YD527(Z)藥芯焊絲是一種低氫型渣系的堆焊自保護(hù)藥芯焊絲，采用直流反接。該焊絲焊接時(shí)工藝性能良好，電弧穩(wěn)定，飛濺小，焊縫成型美觀，脫渣容易，焊接效率高, 堆焊層在高溫下仍具有優(yōu)良的耐磨性。
