FD-60型伸縮縫安裝

1、如要在先攤鋪路面后裝伸縮縫,為保證路面良好的平整度，應該先攤鋪路面，然后開槽安裝伸縮縫。攤鋪路面之前，必須首先清理預留間隙并嵌填泡沫板，再用砂袋或級配砂石袋填實槽口。回填標高以控制瀝青不會污染預埋鋼筋為宜，目的在于防止攤鋪設備壓壞預埋鋼筋，便于路面連續(xù)攤鋪。

3、在安裝伸縮縫時,下縫前應認真檢查槽內(nèi)預埋鋼筋，若發(fā)現(xiàn)裂縫或折斷，位置不當或間隙過大，必須采取補救措施。要保證沿縫方向每米范圍內(nèi)至少有1根預埋鋼筋與毛勒伸縮縫的錨環(huán)牢固焊接。應該認真檢查XF型橋梁伸縮縫質(zhì)量，若發(fā)現(xiàn)變形或兩鋼梁間距不一致時，應進行修整。必要時，還應根據(jù)安裝時的環(huán)境溫度調(diào)整毛勒伸縮縫的鋼梁間距。應將XF型橋梁伸縮裝置緩緩放入槽內(nèi)，使縫中心線與實際預留縫中心線相重合，偏差不得超過10mm，同時使鋼邊梁內(nèi)邊保持垂直。XF型橋梁伸縮縫就位后，應根據(jù)縱、橫坡和標高調(diào)整其鋼梁頂面比相鄰瀝青混凝土路面低1～2mm，不得超出路面標高。

4、在焊接先點焊部分預埋鋼筋和錨環(huán)鋼筋，臨時固定其位置。經(jīng)檢查符合質(zhì)量要求后方可將錨環(huán)鋼筋與預埋鋼筋焊牢，之后，即可拆除XF型橋梁伸縮縫的裝配夾具。
