    Safe and Healthy Workplace安全與健康的工作環(huán)境

    A safe and Healthy workplace is essential for the employees working in your factories. The factory needs to provide the following to ensure the employees can quickly react in case of emergency: 健康與安全的工作環(huán)境對(duì)于你們工廠的雇員來說是必不可少的. 為確保您的雇員在緊急情況下能夠迅速作出反應(yīng), 工廠需要提供以下便利/措施:
    1. Enough fire extinguishers and/or hydrants(with hoses) for the size of the factory and in accordance with local laws.

    2. Adequate emergency lighting(with a battery back-up) should be installed throughout the factory.

    3. Adequate emergency exits. Best practice is to ensure every employee had access to at least two exits.

    5. Personal Protective Equipment such as eyewear, ear-plugs and face masks should be made available to employees when applicable.

    1. Employees must be able to decline overtime without penalty (financial or other).雇員必須可以不受任何懲罰的(財(cái)務(wù)或其它形式的)拒絕加班.
    2. Employees should not be subject to large financial emplyment deposits to begin or retain employment.不得對(duì)雇員收取入廠押金或雇傭押金.

    Fair Disciplinary Practices公平懲戒措施
    Workers should not be unfairly punished for things such as declining overtime, being tardy, producing defective goods, or poor production. All factories shold have written rules regarding disclipnary procedures and those policies should be communicated to the workers.工人不得對(duì)如以下行為受到任何懲罰: 拒絕加班, 遲到, 做出次品或較差的生產(chǎn). 所有工廠對(duì)于懲戒措施/程序需要書面規(guī)則/政策, 且這些規(guī)則/政策需傳達(dá)于工人.
