堆高車油泵壓力不足或速度過慢原因：泵蓋槽內(nèi)密封圈損壞，內(nèi)漏過多；齒輪磨損；油泵電機轉速降低；管道中有異物堵塞。解決方法：更換；更換油泵；檢查整流子，清除片間積炭，調整炭刷位置；檢查清洗。

堆高車電器運作不不正常：原因：電器盒內(nèi)微動開關損壞或位置調整不當；主電路保險絲或控制電器保險絲熔斷；電池電壓過低；接觸器觸點燒毛，或污物太多造成接觸不良；觸點不動作。解決方法：更換微動開關，重新調整位置；更換同型號保險絲；重新充電；修理觸點，調整或更換接觸器；檢查接觸器線圈有無斷路或更換接觸器。
