不同車型的市場保有量不同，其售后保障能力也不同，例如：低位駕駛?cè)蚨迅哕嚭透呶获{駛?cè)蚨迅哕囃瑢僬ǖ啦孳囅盗?，都可以在很窄的通道?nèi)（1.5～2.0米）完成堆垛/堆高、取貨。但是前者駕駛室不能提升，因而操作視野較差，工作效率較低。由于后者能完全覆蓋前者的功能，而且性能更出眾，因此在歐洲后者的市場銷量比前者超出4～5倍，在中國則達到6倍以上。因此大部分供應商都側(cè)重發(fā)展高位駕駛?cè)蚨迅哕?，而低位駕駛?cè)蚨讯獠孳囍皇怯迷谛嵨?、提升高度低（一般?米以內(nèi)）的工況下。在市場銷量很少時，其售后服務的工程師數(shù)量、工程師經(jīng)驗、配件庫存水平等服務能力就會相對較弱。

堆高車驅(qū)動輪速度明顯降低或驅(qū)動電機嚴重過載：原因：電池電壓太低或樁頭接觸電阻太大；電機換向器片間積碳引起片間短路；電機制動器調(diào)整不當而使電機帶制動運行；驅(qū)動頭齒輪箱及軸承缺少潤滑或底座卡阻；電機電樞短路。解決方法：檢查堆高車負載時電池端電壓或清洗樁頭；清理換向器；調(diào)整制動器間隙；檢查清洗并重新加注潤滑油，清除卡阻現(xiàn)象；更換新電機。
