不同車型的市場保有量不同，其售后保障能力也不同，例如：低位駕駛三向堆高車和高位駕駛三向堆高車同屬窄通道叉車系列，都可以在很窄的通道內(nèi)（1.5～2.0米）完成堆垛/堆高、取貨。但是前者駕駛室不能提升，因而操作視野較差，工作效率較低。由于后者能完全覆蓋前者的功能，而且性能更出眾，因此在歐洲后者的市場銷量比前者超出4～5倍，在中國則達到6倍以上。因此大部分供應商都側重發(fā)展高位駕駛三向堆高車，而低位駕駛三向堆垛叉車只是用在小噸位、提升高度低（一般在6米以內(nèi)）的工況下。在市場銷量很少時，其售后服務的工程師數(shù)量、工程師經(jīng)驗、配件庫存水平等服務能力就會相對較弱。
