一、用途、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)介：
PQ-20T針式絕緣子高壓線(xiàn)路針式瓷絕緣子用于工頻電壓6～20kV高壓架空電力線(xiàn)路，用以絕緣和支持導(dǎo)線(xiàn)。絕緣子老型號(hào)按額定電壓分6、10、15、20kV四個(gè)品種，每種按鋼腳型
PQ-20T針式絕緣子式又分為鐵擔(dān)直腳和木擔(dān)直腳兩種規(guī)格；新型號(hào)額定電壓均為10kV，分普通型、加強(qiáng)絕緣1型、加強(qiáng)絕緣2型三種。
PQ-20T針式絕緣子絕緣子由瓷件、鋼腳（或螺套）用不低于５２５號(hào)的硅酸鹽水泥、石英砂膠合劑膠裝而成，鋼腳膠入瓷件部分壓有深槽，以防鋼腳松動(dòng)；鋼腳頂端與瓷件之間
墊有彈性襯墊。瓷件表面一般上棕釉或白釉，鋼腳經(jīng)熱鍍鋅處理。
PQ-20T有些增強(qiáng)子位于啟動(dòng)子上游，有些位于下游，所以絕緣子的效應(yīng)并不取決于PQ-10T絕緣子同啟動(dòng)子的相對(duì)位置。PQ-10T因此，對(duì)絕緣子效應(yīng)的方向性的原因還沒(méi)有真正弄清。目前已發(fā)現(xiàn)有兩個(gè)基因座以反式活化方式影響絕緣子的功能?；騍2J(Hw)編碼的核蛋白識(shí)別絕緣子，PQ-10T絕緣子同其結(jié)合后才有絕緣作用。當(dāng)該基因突變后，盡管y基因座中插入了絕緣子，但失去了絕緣作用，y在所有組織中都表達(dá)。PQ-10T另一個(gè)基因座是mod(mdg 4)，該基因發(fā)生突變后，其效應(yīng)正好與Su(Hw)相反，即這些突變型都強(qiáng)了絕緣作用，使絕緣子的絕緣效應(yīng)不再有方向性而得到擴(kuò)展， PQ-10T也就是阻斷了上游和下游兩側(cè)的增強(qiáng)子的效應(yīng)。有一種解釋認(rèn)為先是Su(Hw)同絕緣子DNA結(jié)合后，使絕緣子有絕緣效應(yīng)。PQ-10Tmod(mdg4)同Su(Hw)結(jié)合，使絕緣子失去絕緣效應(yīng)；突變的mod(mdg4)不能同Su(Hw)結(jié)合，于是絕緣子又增強(qiáng)了絕緣作用。
