作為我國首個(gè)邊緣計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目,“邊緣計(jì)算標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件計(jì)劃”由中國信息通信研究院、工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與工業(yè)融合創(chuàng)新重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室聯(lián)合產(chǎn)業(yè)各方共同發(fā)起,旨在形成“技術(shù)研發(fā)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研制、產(chǎn)品檢測、應(yīng)用示范、規(guī)模商用”的產(chǎn)業(yè)閉環(huán),有效協(xié)助設(shè)備廠商優(yōu)化迭代產(chǎn)品能力,并為用戶提供可靠精準(zhǔn)的選型參考,為推動(dòng)邊緣計(jì)算規(guī)?;渴鸬於P(guān)鍵基礎(chǔ)。經(jīng)過近4年的發(fā)展,“邊緣計(jì)算標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件計(jì)劃”已累計(jì)完成四批產(chǎn)品的集中測試,累計(jì)為60余款產(chǎn)品提供測試服務(wù)。
中國移動(dòng)研究院自主研發(fā)的5G虛擬化工業(yè)控制網(wǎng)關(guān)順利通過本次“邊緣計(jì)算標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件計(jì)劃”產(chǎn)品測試,并且在多個(gè)領(lǐng)域?qū)嶋H應(yīng)用部署和持續(xù)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,助力各行業(yè)企業(yè)應(yīng)用升級,推動(dòng)數(shù)字化建設(shè)落地。
傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)廣泛采用有線技術(shù),存在層級復(fù)雜、部署難度大、柔性化不足等問題?,F(xiàn)有工業(yè)無線技術(shù)由于在通信時(shí)延、抗干擾、穩(wěn)定性等方面存在短板,難以滿足工業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對通信確定性、高可靠性等嚴(yán)苛的性能要求,主要服務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)采集、視頻回傳、移動(dòng)巡檢等業(yè)務(wù),難以深入工業(yè)控制核心生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)。另一方面,以傳統(tǒng)PLC(可編程邏輯控制器)為代表的工業(yè)控制架構(gòu)封閉,垂直煙囪結(jié)構(gòu)導(dǎo)致擴(kuò)展性差、集成難度大、成本高,這種“算力下不去,數(shù)據(jù)上不來”的控制架構(gòu),難以滿足工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展需要。

都是從主網(wǎng)上獲取,通過廠用變壓器成為380V的低壓電,低壓配電柜及低壓開關(guān)
,即是把這個(gè)380V的三相電拓寬成好幾項(xiàng),供給各種設(shè)備運(yùn)用。關(guān)于配電方案不
同,大體可以分為三類:
1、由低壓總開關(guān)直接配電:
此類配電等級,電源接自共用中壓電網(wǎng)的一臺(tái)或多臺(tái)中壓/低壓變電器供電至
a、場所不一樣的區(qū)域如工廠的車間、工業(yè)廠房的出產(chǎn)區(qū)、辦公樓的各樓層;
b、工業(yè)出產(chǎn)用如空氣壓縮機(jī),冷卻水單元的大容量契合或單位的空調(diào)、電
梯等。
2、分配電柜:
用于配電給每個(gè)區(qū)域內(nèi)的用電負(fù)荷。
3、終端配電柜:
用于供電給各種用電負(fù)荷。
