統(tǒng)硬件結(jié)構(gòu)。還有其它諸如SM模塊(Storage Module),AM (Alarm Module)等擴展模塊,可以完成相應(yīng)功能,可以使TPA系統(tǒng)功能更完善。 1.2各模塊的功能及硬件組成 OM 模塊 作為中心處理器,主要存儲系統(tǒng)的配置信息,用戶組態(tài)的程序及操作畫面,收集報警信息并輸出至報警設(shè)備,執(zhí)行順序控制運算以及作為故障診斷接口。由于OM模塊是相互冗余的,當某一OM有故障時,可以按照規(guī)程對該模塊進行故障修復,必要時可以進行冷啟動。 OIM 模塊 主要功能是連接遠程操作站,作為遠程操作站調(diào)用OM模塊內(nèi)存儲畫面的接口,組成與OM 模塊區(qū)別只是OIM 模塊沒有EMM NVM等存儲單元。 PM 模塊 作為OM下一級的控制器,主要完成測量、調(diào)節(jié)控制、邏輯、順序、批處理過程控制功能。它用I/O與過程接口,收集現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù),并根據(jù)從OM模塊下載到本處理器的程序進行各種運算和控制,它可以執(zhí)行用事件驅(qū)動的高級語言,PM還可以儲存8小時的歷史趨勢。PM 模塊是可以冗余的,一般用于重要的區(qū)域控制。 PM模塊與OIM 組成相近,他的程序都是存儲在XPR 卡中,不需要額外的存儲卡。區(qū)別在于它還包括一個UIX卡,用于和它連接的I/O 柜組通信。冗余型PM 還包括一個 UPC卡,用于冗余PM 管理。 I/O 柜組 是PM與過程的接口,現(xiàn)場的信號線經(jīng)端子排連接至I/O 卡,收集信息后通過 IOC卡 與上級PM 通訊。I/O 只負責收集生產(chǎn)信息而無處理功能,I/O 卡共分4種 :MAI卡(模擬量輸入卡)、ACO卡(模擬量輸出卡)、MSI卡(數(shù)字量輸入卡)和BOU卡(數(shù)字量輸出卡)???IOPS 單元供電,而非LPS卡供電。 模塊間通訊 是通過Honeywell模塊間各HIGHWAY進行的,OM模塊間是XPR卡通過System HIGHWAY實現(xiàn)的,OM與PM模塊通信是XPR卡通過Process HIGHWAY實現(xiàn)的,PM 與I/O通信是由PM的UIX卡通過IOHIGHWAY連接到I/O IOC卡實現(xiàn)的。 總線介質(zhì)通常為冗余同軸電纜,總線通信速率1.2或4Mbit/s。總線又分為系統(tǒng)總線,過程總線和I/O總線??偩€兩端為75歐姆終端電阻,當懷疑總線故障時可以斷開所有模塊測量并聯(lián)電阻在40歐姆左右(線阻50-100歐姆/千米)。1.3 我公司在線運行的TPA 硬件結(jié)構(gòu)及工藝組成 我公司現(xiàn)有3套獨立運行又相互通訊的TPA 系統(tǒng)。 套TPA 應(yīng)用于制漿車間及化學品制備車間。制漿車間職能是將木片通過篩選,蒸煮,洗漿,漂白等工段,生產(chǎn)出合格的漂白化學漿,化學品車間負責制備制漿車間生產(chǎn)過程中所需的化學品。該TPA 系統(tǒng)由2組冗余OM模塊作為中心控制器、1組OIM作為化學品車間遠程GUS接口模塊,4組PM模塊及14組I/O柜組成。
June 13, 2012 - Honeywell recognized a University of British Columbia engineering graduate who used advanced software to enhance a new process for plastic waste disposal. Bryan Gene was named the winner of the 2012 UniSim Design Challenge, an annual university student competition held in conjunction with the Honeywell Users Group (HUG) Americas Symposium. HUG Americas is the company’s largest conference for its customers in the process manufacturing industries. UniSim is Honeywell’s software used by industrial manufacturers around the world to design and test manufacturing processes before they are implemented in refineries, chemical plants, power plants and other industrial facilities. It also is used to improve production and safety by training personnel offline to operate these processes. Gene, who received his chemical engineering degree last month from the university, used UniSim to effectively model pyrolysis, a process that can be used to convert plastic waste that ordinarily would be sent to landfills into a synthetic crude oil. This process, however, is still emerging and manufacturers face challenges in making it more economical. Using the software’s existing database, Gene characterized non-conventional plastics and produced preliminary models for all major units of the pyrolysis process. Gene will showcase his winning design to over 1000 industry experts and manufacturing companies at HUG Americas, taking place this week in Phoenix. “Many people view our customers’ industries as traditional areas that employ the same processes for decades, but the truth is that they’re constantly looking for innovative ways to perb their daily jobs more effectively,” said Bradd Schneider, vice president of sales, Honeywell Process Solutions. “B
