The Ground Wire of control system includes system ground, shield ground, exchange ground and protection ground. The disturbance of the PLC system caused by the confusion of the grounding system is that the potential distribution of each grounding point is uneven, and the ground potential difference exists between different grounding points, which causes the current of the ground loop and affects the normal operation of the system. If the grounding system is confused with other grounding systems, the generated ground circulation may produce unequal potential distribution on the ground wire, which affects the normal work of logic circuit and analog circuit. The interference limits of logic voltage are low, and the distribution interference of logic ground potential easily affects the logic operation and data storage, resulting in data confusion, program running or crash.
