西門子羅賓康中壓使能方案(具有預充電功能):
接觸器CIMV (合閘允許)和TIMV (跳閘允許)分別提供一個“ 合閘”和“跳閘"硬接線信號接口給變頻器輸入電源斷路器。
輸入電流分斷裝置的控制還可以確保在對單元的直流母線完成預充電后才注入輸入電源。“合閘允許"觸點(CIMV)閉合時給變頻器注入中壓。輸入分斷裝置的合閘狀態(tài)應通過單獨的狀態(tài)反饋信號(干觸點)顯示,反饋信號延遲不能超過500毫秒。
變頻器標配了-一個C型干觸點“跳閘允許"(TIMV),用于使電流分斷裝置分閘。只要變頻器輸入保護動作,該觸點即改變狀態(tài)。TIMV 觸點應能立即直接動作,不允許任何插入式繼電器的參與,同時也必須避免其他延遲跳閘的因素。控制操作手冊中定義了輸入保護。
