CNZ series actuators, are driving equipment for valves to achieve opening, closing, adjustment and control. This series of actuators have the characteristics of full-featured, reliable perbance, advanced control system, small size, light weight, convenient use and maintenance.
CNZ series actuators are suitable for valves with linear movements, such as gate valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves, plunger valves, shut-off valves, water gates, etc., which can be used for bright stem valves and dark stem valves. The valve can be controlled remoby, collectively and automatically. It is widely used in electric power, bllurgy, petro leum, chemical, pharmaceutical, sewage treatment, agricultural irrigation and other industries.

五：結(jié)構(gòu) / Structure
閥門(mén)電動(dòng)裝置有六個(gè)部分組成，電機(jī)，減速器,控制機(jī)構(gòu)，手-電動(dòng)切換機(jī)構(gòu)，手輪部件及電氣部分,其傳動(dòng)原理見(jiàn)圖一。
The valve electric device is composed of six parts, the motor, reducer, control mechanism, hand-electric switching mechanism, hand wheel components and electrical parts. Its transmission principle is shown in Figure 1.

1. 電動(dòng)機(jī)：采用YDF2-W戶夕卜型三相異步電機(jī)，該電機(jī)為短時(shí)工作制，額定持續(xù)工作時(shí)間為10分鐘。
2. 減速器:由一對(duì)正齒輪和蝸輪付組成，電動(dòng)機(jī)的動(dòng)力經(jīng)減速器傳遞給輸出軸。
3. 控制機(jī)構(gòu):由轉(zhuǎn)矩控制機(jī)構(gòu)，行程控制機(jī)構(gòu)及可調(diào)式開(kāi)度指示器組成，用以控制閥門(mén)的開(kāi)啟和關(guān)閉及閥位指示。
(1)轉(zhuǎn)誠(chéng)制機(jī)構(gòu)(圖二一)：由曲拐，擋塊，凸輪分度盤(pán)，支板和微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)組成，當(dāng)輸出軸受到一定阻轉(zhuǎn)矩后，蝸桿除 礫夕卜，還產(chǎn)生軸向位移,帶動(dòng)曲拐旋轉(zhuǎn)，同時(shí)使擋塊也產(chǎn)生一個(gè)角位移,從而迫近凸輪，使支板上抬。當(dāng)輸出軸上的轉(zhuǎn)矩増大 到預(yù)定值時(shí)，則支板上抬直至微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)動(dòng)作，切斷電源，電機(jī)停轉(zhuǎn)，以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電動(dòng)裝置輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩的控制。
1. Motor: ydf2-w outdoor three-phase asynchronous motor is adopted, which is short-time working system and rated continuous working time is 10 minutes.
2. Reducer: it consists of a pair of spur gears and worm gear pairs. The power of the motor is transmitted to the output shaft through the reducer.
3. Control mechanism: it is composed of torque control mechanism, stroke control mechanism and adjust able opening indicator to control the opening and closing of valve and indication of valve b.
(1) Torque control mechanism (Fig. 2.1): it is composed of crank, stop, cam index plate, support plate and microswitch. When the output shaft is subject to certain resistance torque, the worm not only rotates, but also produces axial displacement, which drives the crank to rotate, at the same time, the stop also produces an angular displacement, so as to approach the cam and lift the support plate. When the torque on the output shaft increases to a predetermined value, the support plate is lifted until the microswitch acts, the power supply is cut off, and the motor stops running, so as to realize the control of the output torque of the electric device.

（2）行程控制機(jī)構(gòu)（圖二二）：由十進(jìn)位齒輪組，頂桿，凸輪和微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)組成，簡(jiǎn)稱計(jì)數(shù)器。其工作原理是由減速箱內(nèi)
的一主動(dòng)小齒輪（Z=8 ）帶動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)器工作。如果計(jì)數(shù)器按閥門(mén)開(kāi)或關(guān)的位置已經(jīng)調(diào)整好，當(dāng)計(jì)數(shù)器隨輸出軸轉(zhuǎn)到預(yù)先調(diào)整好的 位置（圈數(shù)）時(shí)，則凸輪將被轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)90。，壓迫微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)動(dòng)作，切斷電源,電機(jī)停轉(zhuǎn)，壹實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電動(dòng)裝置行程（圈數(shù)）的控制。 為了控制較多轉(zhuǎn)圈數(shù)的閥門(mén)，可調(diào)整凸輪轉(zhuǎn)180?；?70。再壓迫微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)動(dòng)作。
(2) Stroke control mechanism (Fig. 2.2): composed of decimal gear set, ejector pin, cam and microswitch, referred to as counter. The working principle of the counter is driven by a driving pinion (z = 8) in the gearbox. If the counter has been adjusted according to the opening or closing b of the valve, when the counter is turned to the pre adjusted b (number of turns) along with the output shaft, the cam will be turned 90 °, pressing the microswitch b, cutting off the power supply, stopping the motor; and realizing the control of the electric device stroke (num ber of turns). In order to control the valve with more turns, adjust the cam to rotate 180 ° or 270 ° and press the microswitch again.
(3)可調(diào)式開(kāi)度指示器(圖三)：由減速齒輪組，調(diào)節(jié)齒輪，閥門(mén)開(kāi)度表盤(pán)，凸輪，微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)，及電位器組成。在現(xiàn)場(chǎng) 調(diào)試時(shí)，可根據(jù)所配閥門(mén)開(kāi)關(guān)的圈數(shù)，將調(diào)節(jié)齒輪調(diào)整到所需的位置，并與減速齒輪組嚙合(在立柱上有所需圈數(shù)的數(shù)字)。 當(dāng)閥門(mén)在開(kāi)啟或關(guān)閉的過(guò)程中，開(kāi)度盤(pán)經(jīng)減速后轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，指示閥門(mén)的開(kāi)關(guān)量，指示角度與閥門(mén)開(kāi)關(guān)量同步，供遠(yuǎn)傳指示閥門(mén)位置 用。
(3) Adjustable opening indicator (Figure 3): it is composed of reduction gear set, adjusting gear, valve opening dial, cam, microswitch and potentiometer. During on-site commissioning, the adjusting gear can be adjusted to the required b according to the number of turns of the valve switch, and it can mesh with the reduction gear set (there is a number of turns required on the column). In the process of opening or closing the valve, the opening plate rotates after slowing down to indicate the on-off value of the valve, and the indicating angle is synchronized with the valve on-off value for remote transmission to indicate the valve b.

手-電動(dòng)切換機(jī)構(gòu)(圖四)：為半自動(dòng)切換，電動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槭謩?dòng)操作需扳動(dòng)切換手柄，由手動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樽詣?dòng)時(shí)系自行進(jìn)行(不 需要扳動(dòng)切換手柄)。由電動(dòng)變?yōu)槭謩?dòng)時(shí)，即用人工扳動(dòng)切換手柄,使輸出軸上的中間離合器向上移動(dòng),壓迫彈簧。當(dāng)手柄 推到一定位置時(shí)之間離合器脫離蝸輪與手動(dòng)軸爪嚙合，則可使手輪上的作用力通過(guò)中間離合器傳到輸出軸上，即成為手動(dòng)狀 態(tài)。手動(dòng)變?yōu)殡妱?dòng)時(shí)自動(dòng)切換，當(dāng)電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)帶動(dòng)蝸輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)直立桿立即倒下，在壓簧作用下中間離合器迅速向蝸輪方向移動(dòng) ,與手動(dòng)軸脫開(kāi)，與蝸輪嚙合，則成為電動(dòng)狀態(tài)。
Manual electric switching mechanism (Figure 4): it is semi-automatic switching, and the switching handle needs to be pulled for electric to manual operation, and it will be carried out by itself when it is changed from manual to automatic (no need to pull the switching handle). When changing from electric to manual, manually pull the switch handle to make the intermediate clutch on the output shaft move upward and press the spring. When the handle is pushed to a certain b and the clutch disengages from the worm gear and engages with the manual shaft claw, the force on the hand wheel can be transmitted to the output shaft through the intermediate clutch, that is to say, it becomes the manual state. When it is changed from manual to electric, it will switch automatically. When the motor rotates to drive the worm gear; the upright rod will fall down immediaby. Under the b of the compression spring, the intermediate clutch will move towards the worm gear quickly, and it will be separated from the manual shaft and meshed with the worm gear; which will become the electric state.
