另外,對(duì)一個(gè)干燥工藝過(guò)程的能耗的計(jì)算,可能會(huì)與加工作業(yè)的復(fù)雜程度以及其他因素有關(guān),所以這里所介紹的數(shù)值僅供參考。對(duì)流式干燥對(duì)于非吸濕性物料,可以使用熱風(fēng)干燥機(jī)進(jìn)行干燥。因?yàn)樗种皇潜晃锪吓c水的界面張力松散地約束,易于去除。此類機(jī)器的原理是,利用風(fēng)扇來(lái)吸收環(huán)境中的空氣并將其加熱到干燥特定物料所要求的溫度,被加熱后的空氣經(jīng)過(guò)干燥料斗,并通過(guò)對(duì)流的方式加熱物料以除去水分。對(duì)吸濕性物料的干燥一般分為三個(gè)干燥段:個(gè)干燥段是將物料表面的水分蒸發(fā)掉;第二個(gè)干燥段則將蒸發(fā)的重點(diǎn)放在材料內(nèi)部,此時(shí)干燥速度緩慢降低,而被干燥物料的溫度開(kāi)始上升;在后一個(gè)階段,物料達(dá)到與干燥氣體的吸濕平衡。
