為了滿足工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域?qū)υO(shè)備的高性能、高集成度以及提高維護(hù)性能的需求，歐姆龍公司近日推出了全新的具有高度擴(kuò)展性的小型一體化可編程控制器SYSMACCPlH，這主要包括CPlH—X標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型、CPlH—XA模擬量?jī)?nèi)置型和CPlH—Y高速定位型等3種型號(hào)。CPlH集CS／CJ各功能為一體，通過內(nèi)置的多種功能充實(shí)、強(qiáng)化了應(yīng)用能力，并且縮短了追加復(fù)雜程序的設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間。擁有了諸多的新增功能后，這款全新的小型PLC可應(yīng)用于紡織、印刷等行業(yè)。
CPlH定位于小型機(jī)，但它卻是基于CS／CJ（CJ是中型PLC平臺(tái)）平臺(tái)，因此具備了很多中型機(jī)的功能，如脈沖輸出和模擬量輸出等。CP1H擴(kuò)展了多種I／O功能，如集成的高速脈沖輸出功能，可標(biāo)準(zhǔn)搭載4軸；計(jì)數(shù)器功能可標(biāo)準(zhǔn)搭載4軸相位差方式；配備的通用USBl．1并聯(lián)端口也可實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)搭載；具有串行通訊端口，可自由選擇RS232和RS485。另外，CP1H—XA還支持4通道輸入／2通道輸出的模擬量輸入／輸出功能。
CPlH的速度和處理功能很快，一條基本指令的處理時(shí)間僅為lus，其他性能還包括：內(nèi)存盒，可收集程序和初始值數(shù)據(jù)，以便拷貝到其他設(shè)備上；7段LED的狀態(tài)顯示；電池不足運(yùn)行，接通電源時(shí)，CPU內(nèi)置的閃存可以保存和輸出所有DM區(qū)的初始值。在軟件方面，CPlH可縮短復(fù)雜程序設(shè)計(jì)的時(shí)間，采用操作簡(jiǎn)單的編程軟件CX—Programmer，預(yù)置各種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)用模塊，可以簡(jiǎn)單的直接設(shè)定。
