三級(jí)的效率其實(shí)不是問(wèn)題。調(diào)試得當(dāng) 91是沒太大問(wèn)題的。可問(wèn)題不在效率這里。換向鋁電解的問(wèn)題,的確是個(gè)問(wèn)題,不然CCI也不會(huì)出如此復(fù)雜的波形來(lái)控制。但這個(gè)問(wèn)題,根本上來(lái)說(shuō),是可解決的,只是控制電路復(fù)雜一些而已。三級(jí)電路如果降壓為母線端,則需要高壓驅(qū)動(dòng),驅(qū)動(dòng)麻煩。當(dāng)然這樣的結(jié)果是取樣方便。如果在地端,則取樣不便。全橋不可控狀態(tài)。
論成本,半橋兩級(jí)和全橋三級(jí)難分誰(shuí)高誰(shuí)低。論性能,難分孰優(yōu)孰劣,各有所長(zhǎng)各有所短。關(guān)鍵是看誰(shuí)能吃透原理,把控好工藝,這樣才能做出穩(wěn)定可靠的產(chǎn)品,現(xiàn)在金鹵燈鎮(zhèn)流器行業(yè)因其技術(shù)門檻高的原因,價(jià)格并不作為主要因素考慮,絕大多數(shù)還停留在抄襲的層次,更談不上深刻理解甚至改進(jìn)提高的層次雖然有但是極少。
下面就把它還原成實(shí)際應(yīng)用的兩個(gè)拓?fù)洹?
在圖2中,為了防止Q1Q2瞬間同時(shí)導(dǎo)通(即死區(qū))造成“天地通”,特加多一個(gè)電感,即使Q1Q2短時(shí)間同時(shí)導(dǎo)通,因電流不會(huì)突變,在三兩個(gè)微秒內(nèi),不致傷害。
