控制系統(tǒng)簡介
s7-400是大型可編程序控制器,由電源模板(ps)、中央處理單元(cpu)、信號(hào)模板(sm)、通訊處理器(cp)等有些構(gòu)成。s7-400h系統(tǒng)是s7-400的冗余系統(tǒng),通過將發(fā)作間斷的單元主動(dòng)切換到備用單元的方法完結(jié)系統(tǒng)的不間斷工作。它可以通過本地機(jī)架與s7-400的i/o模件、通訊網(wǎng)關(guān)聯(lián)接,也可以通過根據(jù)profibus-dp總線的et200m分布式i/o與s7-300的i/o模塊、通訊網(wǎng)關(guān)聯(lián)接,以完結(jié)進(jìn)程控制、與其它控制系統(tǒng)通訊。
3500機(jī)械維護(hù)系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)全功能監(jiān)測(cè)維護(hù)系統(tǒng),其方案應(yīng)用了最新微處理器技術(shù)。由1塊或2塊電源模塊(3500/15)、結(jié)構(gòu)接口模塊(3500/20)、溫度監(jiān)測(cè)器模塊(3500/60)、位移、速度、加速度監(jiān)測(cè)模塊(3500/42)、繼電器模塊(3500/32)、通訊網(wǎng)關(guān)(3500/92)等構(gòu)成。3500/92通訊網(wǎng)關(guān)是3500系統(tǒng)首要通訊通道,是與其它系統(tǒng)通訊的橋梁。
通訊方案選擇
通訊完結(jié)的方針是將3500中的15個(gè)溫度點(diǎn)和6個(gè)壓縮機(jī)外殼振蕩點(diǎn)的值以及其報(bào)警、聯(lián)鎖情況送到s7-400h,由于通訊的數(shù)據(jù)量不大,選用modbus rtu協(xié)議。
s7-400h與3500之間通訊首要有兩種方法:一是在s7-400h的本地機(jī)架上設(shè)備一個(gè)cp(通訊處理器)。s7-400h有兩個(gè)冗余子系統(tǒng),cp設(shè)備在其中一個(gè)子系統(tǒng)上,兩個(gè)冗余的子系統(tǒng)都從該cp獲得數(shù)據(jù),并在兩個(gè)一樣的用戶程序中進(jìn)行計(jì)算。因而,就冗余系統(tǒng)方式中的信息處理而論,cp是聯(lián)接到主cpu 仍是熱備cpu并無多大關(guān)系。缺點(diǎn)是,當(dāng)子系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)缺點(diǎn)時(shí),該子系統(tǒng)機(jī)架上的cp不再可用。另一種方法是,將cp設(shè)備在切換式i/o(et200m 分布式
i/o)上,該設(shè)備有一個(gè)有源板總線和一個(gè)冗余profibus-dp 從站接口模板im153-2,每個(gè)s7-400h子系統(tǒng)與et200m兩個(gè)dp從接口中的一個(gè)相連。這么,某個(gè)s7-400h冗余子系統(tǒng)缺點(diǎn),cp會(huì)切換到它的冗余火伴,可靠性高,而且經(jīng)濟(jì)。我們選用了該方案,通訊處理器選用cp341。
