該系列雙電源自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān)主要由兩臺(tái)具有高分?jǐn)嗄芰Φ腉TM1系列斷路器及本公司自行研制的雙電源自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān)控制器等組成，適用于額定電壓400V、50Hz，額定電流800A及以下的高層建筑、醫(yī)院、商場(chǎng)、銀行、消防、化工、冶金、軍事設(shè)施等不允許斷電的一類(lèi)負(fù)荷，部分二類(lèi)負(fù)荷，完成雙回路供電系統(tǒng)的電源自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換，從而保證重要用戶(hù)供電的可靠性。
本產(chǎn)品符合GB/T14048.11-2002 IEC60947-6-1(1998)《自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān)電器》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2.正常工作條件
·安裝的海拔高度不應(yīng)超過(guò)2000米。
·周?chē)h(huán)境溫度上限不高于+40℃，下限不低于-5℃，24小時(shí)平均值不超過(guò)+35℃。
·大氣的相對(duì)濕度在周?chē)諝鉁囟葹?40℃時(shí)不超過(guò)50％，在較低的溫度下，可以有較高的濕度，應(yīng)考慮到溫度變化會(huì)發(fā)生產(chǎn)品表面的凝霜。
·無(wú)爆炸危險(xiǎn)的介質(zhì)，且介質(zhì)無(wú)足以腐蝕和破壞絕緣的氣體與塵埃。
·無(wú)顯著搖動(dòng)和沖擊震動(dòng)的地方。
3.安裝及接線(xiàn)方法
接線(xiàn)時(shí)常用電源N應(yīng)接入常用電源執(zhí)行斷路器QN，備用電源日應(yīng)接入備用電源執(zhí)行斷路器QR。當(dāng)QN和QR為四線(xiàn)斷路器時(shí)，接線(xiàn)方式按接線(xiàn)圖，其中QN和QR的1，3，5為三相(A．B、C)進(jìn)線(xiàn)端，2、4，6為三相出線(xiàn)端，7為零線(xiàn)(N)進(jìn)線(xiàn)端，8為零線(xiàn)出線(xiàn)端。
若選用斷路器為三極斷路器，則必須將常用電源(N)的零線(xiàn)NN和備用電源(R)的零線(xiàn)NR同時(shí)接到三極專(zhuān)用接零線(xiàn)端子KG上。具體操作見(jiàn)接線(xiàn)圖。雙電源切換開(kāi)關(guān)自動(dòng)控制器的工作電源取斷路Q(chēng)N和QR的進(jìn)線(xiàn)端A相和零線(xiàn)N，若選用斷路器為三極斷路器時(shí)，必須要接零線(xiàn)NN和NR，該三極專(zhuān)用接線(xiàn)零端子在兩臺(tái)斷路器中間，在自動(dòng)電源切換開(kāi)關(guān)安裝，接線(xiàn)過(guò)程中，切不要把原接在斷路器進(jìn)線(xiàn)端的本機(jī)控制器線(xiàn)忘掉，碰斷或短路等。
4.使用操作
無(wú)論常用電源和備用電源有無(wú)電壓，均可采用手動(dòng)操作方式。手動(dòng)操作時(shí)，應(yīng)將手動(dòng)-自動(dòng)按鈕置于手動(dòng)操作位置，當(dāng)推動(dòng)手柄順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)至終端時(shí)，備用電源執(zhí)行斷路器QR分閘，常用電源執(zhí)行斷路器QN合閘；當(dāng)推動(dòng)手柄逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)至終端時(shí)，備用電源執(zhí)行斷路Q(chēng)R合閘，常用電源執(zhí)行斷路器QN分閘。
面板中，電源指示燈(紅)，若該燈不亮，說(shuō)明自動(dòng)控制盒工作電源有故障，不能操作開(kāi)關(guān)。待修復(fù)正常后，將手動(dòng)·自動(dòng)按鈕冒于自動(dòng)位冒狀態(tài)，如果常用電源供電正常，切換開(kāi)關(guān)將自動(dòng)投入常用電源執(zhí)行斷路器QN合閘狀態(tài)，面板中N電指示燈(黃)亮；如果常用電源供電不正常，則切換開(kāi)關(guān)將自轉(zhuǎn)換到備用電源QR供電，備用電源日指示燈(綠)亮。
