該計劃選用我司226M-CAN操控器,該型CPU可以構(gòu)建一個PPI網(wǎng)絡(luò),完畢與HMI的人機交互功用;一個安閑口通訊,完畢與第三方變頻器數(shù)據(jù)讀寫功用;一個CAN通訊口,樹立CANopen網(wǎng)絡(luò)主站,完畢與卷繞伺服和橫動伺服的實時高功率的通訊。

5.計劃優(yōu)勢
(1)卷繞速度安穩(wěn):卷繞速度即主車速,抉擇整機的出產(chǎn)速度,依據(jù)卷繞速度設(shè)定伺服電機速度且伺服操控器能進行PID調(diào)度。
(2)加捻速度安穩(wěn):加捻錠子懇求在不相同負載下速度安穩(wěn),經(jīng)過我司PLC自帶的T法測速功用完畢精準的速度測定,經(jīng)過PLC內(nèi)部PID調(diào)度,抵達加捻速度安穩(wěn)。
(3)橫動速度:橫動速度即橫向移絲速度,依據(jù)不相同品種紗線的卷繞懇求橫走速度與卷繞速度構(gòu)成比例,來抉擇來回卷繞的穿插視點;且橫走速度不能過慢或過快,過慢會致使橫動反向時錠邊累計過多致使硬變和掉線,過快也會致使伺服反向時過沖、顫抖而致使掉線。
(4)開車泊車同步:體系在發(fā)起、作業(yè)和間斷三個進程中,錠子速度和卷繞速度和橫動速度嚴厲堅持同步,這么,有用的確保捻度過失在最小的計劃。軟件計劃是PLC操控體系計劃的基地。要計劃好PLC的運用軟件,有必要充沛了解被控政策的出產(chǎn)技能、技能特性、操控懇求等。經(jīng)過PLC的運用軟件完畢體系的各項操控功用。
