    目前市場上的PLC產(chǎn)品眾多,性價比越來越高,可選范圍越來越大,為此,我們在選購時應(yīng)從下面幾個方面綜合考慮,合理選購PLC產(chǎn)品:

     二、輸入回路設(shè)計(jì)注意事項(xiàng):

      2.1、 電源回路PLC供電電源一般為AC85-240V(也有DC24V),適應(yīng)電源范圍較寬,但為了抗干擾,應(yīng)加裝電源凈化元件(如電源濾波器 1: 1隔離變壓器等)。

      2.2、PLC上DC24V電源的使用 各公司PLC產(chǎn)品上一般都有 DC24V 電源,但該電源容量小,為幾十毫安至幾百毫安,用其帶負(fù)載時要注意容量,同時要有短路保護(hù)措施。

      2.3、 外部DC24V電源的使用 若輸入回路有 DC24V供電的接近開關(guān) 光電開關(guān)等,而PLC上DC24V電源容量不夠時,要從外部提供DC24V電源,但該電源的 - 端不要與PLC的DC24V的 - 端以及COM端相連,否則會影響PLC的運(yùn)行。

      2.4、 輸入的靈敏度 當(dāng)輸入電壓 電流小于各廠家對 PLC 的輸人端電壓和電流的規(guī)定,如當(dāng)輸入回路串有二極管或電阻(不能完全啟動),或者有并聯(lián)電阻或有漏電流時(不能完全切斷),就會有誤動作,造成靈敏度下降,對此應(yīng)采取措施。當(dāng)輸入器件的輸入電流大于PLC的最大輸入電流時,也會引起誤動作,應(yīng)采用弱電流的輸入器件,并且選用輸入為共漏型輸入的PLC。

      三、輸出回路設(shè)計(jì)注意事項(xiàng):

      3.1、輸出方式選擇

      (1)繼電器輸出:優(yōu)點(diǎn)是不同公共點(diǎn)之間可帶不同的交直流負(fù)載,且電壓也可不同,帶負(fù)載電流可達(dá)2A 點(diǎn);但繼電器輸出方式不適用于高頻動作的負(fù)載,這是由繼電器的壽命決定的 (2)晶閘管輸出:帶負(fù)載能力為0.2A/ 點(diǎn),只能帶交流負(fù)載,可適應(yīng)高頻動作,響應(yīng)時間為 1ms (3)晶體管輸出:最大優(yōu)點(diǎn)是適應(yīng)于高頻動作,響應(yīng)時間短,一般為0.2ms左右,但它只能帶DC5-30V的負(fù)載,最大輸出負(fù)載電流為0.5A/點(diǎn),但每4點(diǎn)不得大于0.8A。當(dāng)你的系統(tǒng)輸出頻率為每分鐘 6 次以下時,應(yīng)首選繼電器輸出,因其電路設(shè)計(jì)簡單,抗干擾和帶負(fù)載能力強(qiáng) 當(dāng)頻率為 10 次/min 以下時,既可采用繼電器輸出方式,也可采用PLC輸出驅(qū)動達(dá)林頓三極管(5-10A),再驅(qū)動負(fù)載。
