    Design

    基本單元 (BU) 可以卡到 DIN 安裝導(dǎo)軌上 (35 x 7.5 mm or 35 mm x 15 mm)。BU 并排安裝在接口模塊旁,因此可以保護單個系統(tǒng)組件之間的機電連接。將一個 I/O 模塊卡到 BU 上后,可以確定相應(yīng)插槽的功能和端子的電勢。

    對于單導(dǎo)線或多導(dǎo)線連接,提供了帶有合適端子數(shù)的 BU。

    負載分組

    可擴展的 I/O 系統(tǒng)通常為單個負載分組提供了可能。對于分布式 I/O 設(shè)備,以前需要附加的電源單元,用于與左側(cè)負載組分離,以及饋入、顯示、監(jiān)視和診斷負載電壓。它常常還具有過濾器功能,可提供極性反接保護。

    在新型 ET 200SP 中,所有這些功能現(xiàn)在都集成到系統(tǒng)的基本組件中。對用戶而言,這意味著不再需要電源單元。這樣為每個負載組節(jié)省了一個附加插槽,從而極大地提高了組態(tài)靈活性,節(jié)約了存儲空間。

    一個淺色 BU 可以打開一個新負載組。傳感器電源必須通過該 BU 饋入。接口模塊旁的第一個 BU 必須為淺色 BU。

    深色 BU 可通過自組裝電壓總線前饋左側(cè)相鄰的淺色 BU 的電源。因此,只有右側(cè)下一個淺色 BU 需要新饋電。

    端子的顏色標識

    BU 的端子處的電位通過 I/O 模塊進行定義。端子的電位也可以通過模塊特定的彩色編碼標簽對端子的電位進行標識,以避免接線錯誤。與相應(yīng) I/O 模塊相匹配的彩色編碼標簽通過 I/O 模塊的 CCxx 色碼進行定義。該色碼也印在模塊的正面。

    在帶有 10 個內(nèi)置跨接 AUX 端子的 BU 中,這些端子也可以使用彩色編碼標簽進行標識。對于 10 個 AUX 端子,提供了紅色、藍色、黃色/綠色編碼標簽。

    為了使電纜屏蔽線的連接能夠節(jié)省空間和提高電磁兼容性,提供了可以快捷安裝的屏蔽連接器。它包括一個屏蔽連接元件(可以插入到 BU 中)和一個可用于所有模塊的屏蔽端子。用戶無需任何附加接線即可實現(xiàn)功能性接地的低阻抗連接(DIN 導(dǎo)軌)。
