1 引言
MDD112D-N-030-N2L-130PL0隨著城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛,停車難已到了刻不容緩的地步。在寸土寸金的市中心,特別是賓館、商場、購物中心等車輛集中的地區(qū),只有向空中、向地下發(fā)展,建造相當(dāng)數(shù)量的立體停車庫已是必不可少。上海市機(jī)械設(shè)備成套集團(tuán)科貿(mào)公司是一家專門從事機(jī)械式立體停車庫生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)的公司,受文定天下苑徐房(集團(tuán))物業(yè)管理公司的委托,建造機(jī)械式兩層升降橫移立體停車設(shè)備。
2 MDD112D-N-030-N2L-130PL0總體方案設(shè)計(jì)
根據(jù)業(yè)主的要求,通過實(shí)地考察,總體方案設(shè)計(jì)如圖1所示:遠(yuǎn)程小區(qū)監(jiān)控中心具有系統(tǒng)管理員功能,可查看車庫泊位狀態(tài)(即車位板上是否停有車輛),修改存取車輛的密碼,并實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控下位控制器的運(yùn)行狀態(tài);設(shè)計(jì)兩個(gè)存取車輛出入口(即東出入口和西出入口),可加快車主存取車輛的速度,在兩個(gè)出入口處各放置一臺(tái)觸摸屏,車主輸入操作密碼即可存取自己的車輛;下位機(jī)為PLC,通過信號(hào)的輸入輸出,檢測存取的車輛和車位板是否到位、故障等,并控制電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),完成車輛的存取工作。
MDD112D-N-030-N2L-130PL0行程開關(guān)判別橫移車位板或升降車位板是否到位,泊位開關(guān)判別車位板上是否停有車輛,光電開關(guān)判別存入的車輛是否超高、超長,并有安全保護(hù)作用,接觸器用來直接控制電機(jī)的運(yùn)動(dòng),指示燈可方便車主根據(jù)信息燈狀態(tài)—前進(jìn)、后退、運(yùn)行、故障等,方便存取車輛。
3 系統(tǒng)工作原理
如圖2所示,以7個(gè)車位為例說明從上層3號(hào)車位板存(取)車工作原理:車主輸入正確的存(取)車密碼;首先下層4、6號(hào)車位板同時(shí)向右橫移,6號(hào)橫移至空位,4號(hào)橫移至6號(hào)位,然后3號(hào)車位板下降至下層4號(hào)位;車主即可把自己車輛駛上(駛出)3號(hào)車位板,存(取)車完成后,延時(shí)60s,3號(hào)車位板自動(dòng)上升至原來的位置,然后4、6號(hào)車位板復(fù)位。
MDD112D-N-030-N2L-130PL0每個(gè)橫移車位板對(duì)應(yīng)一個(gè)行程開關(guān),開關(guān)狀態(tài)為“1”時(shí)表示此時(shí)車位板到位,為“0”時(shí)表示車位板未到位,根據(jù)行程開關(guān)的狀態(tài)可判別出橫移車位板是否到位。每個(gè)升降車位板對(duì)應(yīng)一個(gè)上定位行程開關(guān)和一個(gè)下定位行程開關(guān),根據(jù)行程開關(guān)的狀態(tài)可判別升降車位板的位置。自動(dòng)運(yùn)行過程中,根據(jù)行程開關(guān)的狀態(tài)控制接觸器觸點(diǎn)的通斷,進(jìn)而控制電機(jī)的運(yùn)行和停止。
MDD112D-N-030-N2L-130PL0泊位開關(guān)用來檢測車位板上是否停有車輛,其實(shí)質(zhì)是一個(gè)鏡面反射的光電開關(guān),工作原理是:該車位板上停有車輛時(shí),泊位開關(guān)處于“1”狀態(tài);車位板上無車輛時(shí),泊位開關(guān)處于“0”狀態(tài),根據(jù)泊位開關(guān)的狀態(tài)可知PLC對(duì)應(yīng)輸入點(diǎn)的狀態(tài),遠(yuǎn)程小區(qū)監(jiān)控中心上位計(jì)算機(jī)根據(jù)松下電工的專用通訊協(xié)議可讀出PLC寄存器狀態(tài),從而監(jiān)控立體停車庫的泊位狀態(tài)、停車狀況等。
