電氣原理圖主要分主電路和控制電路兩部分。電動(dòng)機(jī)的通路為主電路,接觸器吸引線圈的通路為控制電路。此外還有信號(hào)電路、照明電路等。原理圖中,各電器元件不畫實(shí)際的外形圖,而采用國(guó)家規(guī)定的統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn),文字符號(hào)也要符合國(guó)家規(guī)定。在電氣原理圖中,同一電器的不同部件常常不畫在一起,而是畫在電路的不同地方,同一電器的不同部件都用相同的文字符號(hào)標(biāo)明,例如接觸器的主觸頭通常畫在主電路中,而吸引線圈和輔助觸頭則畫在控制電路中,但它們都用KM表示。
