最新上市的Automation Organizer對(duì)日趨復(fù)雜，逐漸大規(guī)模化的應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)的設(shè)計(jì)，管理從系統(tǒng)整體到PLC，可編程顯示器等各機(jī)器的應(yīng)用程序設(shè)計(jì)，可進(jìn)行綜合性管理，而且，明了易懂的圖示畫(huà)面更優(yōu)化了操作性，實(shí)現(xiàn)了客戶親善設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)境的綜合軟件。
為了使優(yōu)越的操作性和功能能夠并立，Automation Organizer由PLC編程軟件「WindLDR」，HMI編程軟件「WindO/I-NV2」以及系統(tǒng)配置軟件「WindCFG」構(gòu)成。

■系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成由鼠標(biāo)簡(jiǎn)單操作
在WindCFG上，除了PLC以及可編程顯示器，包括條形碼閱讀器，溫調(diào)器等周邊機(jī)器的系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建以及各機(jī)器的設(shè)置，只需選擇圖標(biāo)后用鼠標(biāo)直接拖拉即可。可進(jìn)行PLC的CPU模塊以及增設(shè)I/O模塊的選擇，電源規(guī)格以及I/O點(diǎn)數(shù)的精確搜索，因僅顯示可使用的機(jī)種，杜絕了機(jī)器選擇錯(cuò)誤。
■程序文件的綜合管理
由PLC，可編程顯示器構(gòu)成的用戶程序文件與系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建信息由一個(gè)文件管理?？蛻舴謩e編制的用戶程序須進(jìn)行各自保存?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)方法，程序工具間的信息無(wú)共通，用戶必須用獨(dú)自的共通關(guān)系進(jìn)行相互連接。Automation Organizer則以用戶程序?yàn)橄到y(tǒng)單位用一個(gè)文件進(jìn)行保存，履歷管理，所以文件的管理極為簡(jiǎn)單。
■PLC與可編程顯示器共通的標(biāo)記名稱(chēng)以及設(shè)備地址可集中管理
設(shè)備地址和標(biāo)記數(shù)據(jù)可以通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)共通化，一次性綜合制作管理。而且，為了編輯管理程序工具共通的標(biāo)記編輯器，任一程序工具中所變更的內(nèi)容均將反應(yīng)到所有的程序工具，所以不僅杜絕了設(shè)置錯(cuò)誤，更可大幅度削減工數(shù)。
■機(jī)器間的通信設(shè)置簡(jiǎn)單
只需在WindCFG上用電纜連接PLC與可編程顯示器，最理想的電纜選擇以及通信條件則自動(dòng)設(shè)定，反映到WindLDR以及WindO/I-NV2的程序數(shù)據(jù)上。而且，只需用鼠標(biāo)點(diǎn)擊電纜即可顯示接線圖，無(wú)需查找接線圖。并且，也可簡(jiǎn)單的進(jìn)行條形碼閱讀器等周邊設(shè)備的通信設(shè)定。
