交錯(cuò)排列的旋渦
由于d和St是常數(shù)，而流速v與管內(nèi)平均流速v0有固定關(guān)系(v0=v/(1-1.25d/D))，測(cè)得旋渦分離頻率f就測(cè)得管內(nèi)平均流速v0，從而測(cè)得體積流量。一段時(shí)間內(nèi)分離旋渦的個(gè)數(shù)N與流過流體的體積V之比(單位體積對(duì)應(yīng)的旋渦數(shù))稱為儀表系數(shù)K：

FA80M/FA80T系列渦街流量計(jì)采用裝設(shè)于柱體后面的壓電探頭檢測(cè)旋渦分離頻率。FA80M流量傳感器輸出與流量成比例的電壓脈沖頻率信號(hào)，F(xiàn)A80T流量變送器輸出的是變換成與流量成比例的4-20mA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電流信號(hào)。
流量計(jì)選型

確認(rèn)儀表用途，一般分為流量控制、一般計(jì)量或用于貿(mào)易結(jié)算；
2. 確定在管道上的具體安裝位置，找出可能影響儀表正常工作的環(huán)境因素；
3. 認(rèn)真核對(duì)測(cè)量流體的工藝參數(shù)如：壓力、溫度、粘度、流量范圍等。

工作原理：
熱電偶的電極由兩根不同導(dǎo)體材質(zhì)組成。當(dāng)測(cè)量端與參比端存在溫差時(shí)，就會(huì)產(chǎn)生熱電勢(shì)，工作儀表便顯示熱電勢(shì)所對(duì)應(yīng)的溫度值。
