The internal frame store holds the captured image for read-out to a frame grabber or host processor. This allows the TM-9701 to interface with a wide range of frame grabbers, while assuring that the captured images are transferred successfully.
The TM-9701 is a natural choice for applications in machine vision and automated inspection, inbligent transportation systems, aerospace, medical and scientific imaging, bar code reading, optical character recognition, and document processing.

The RM-2040GE delivers an outstanding signal-to-noise ratio of >58 dB in typical operation. A high perbance front-end provides 12-bit linear output, or can be set to generate 10-bit/8-bit images modifiable by a patent-pending, built-in look-up table (LUT). Other features include image center partial scanning (600, 300, or 150 lines), user-definable variable partial scanning (any number of lines with any starting point), flexible 2X binning (horizontal, vertical, or both), defective pixel compensation, and a PIV mode.
The RM-2040GE is supported by JAI's easy-to-use SDK and Control Tool software, offering straightforward setup and full GigE Vision and GenICam compliance. The camera also integrates smoothly with a variety of third-party GigE Vision software libraries and development tools.
An optional configuration is available for customers requiring backwards compatibility with Pleora's iPORT GigE firmware engine. Click here to access software and documentation for this option.

The camera incorporates the KAI-0330D sensor to produce an analog progressive scan signal (484 lines), while the output is RS-644/LVDS. The full frame electronic shutter with asynchronous reset permits shutter speeds to 1/32,000 sec. The shutter function works in all scanning modes. The camera features 9.0 μm square pixels, providing excellent image definition in all orientations.
Customers can also use the analog output capabilities of the TM-6710 while controlling the camera via RS-232C serial commands. For more inbation on the specific features of the LVDS model, including shutter control and back panel connections, please use the b at the right side of this page to download the TM-6710 Series manual, which includes both the LVDS and Camera Link models.
Optional features include AGC enable, internal IR cut filter, gamma adjust to 0.45, and remote imagers.
