CP10 FCP270 P270 The Field Control Processor 270 (FCP270) is a distributed, optionally fault-tolerant, field-mounted controller module. The FCP270 perbs regulatory, logic, timing, and sequential control together with connected Fieldbus Modules (FBMs). It also perbs data acquisition and alarm detection and notification. The FCP270 connects to the MESH control network via standard fiber optic 100 Mbps Ethernet. The fault-tolerant version of the FCP270 consists of two processor modules. These modules install in adjacent FCP270 slots in a baseplate for high speed communication between the modules. The unique and patented fault-tolerant operation of the FCP270 greatly imrpoves reliability relative to other process controllers. The fault-tolerant version of the FCP270 consists of two modules operating in parallel, with two Ethernet connections to the MESH control network. The two FCP270 modules, married together as a fault-tolerant pair, provide continuous operation of the controller in the event of virtually any hardware failure occurring within one module of the pair.

CP10 ZCP270 P270 The Z-Module Control Processor 270 (ZCP270) is an optionally fault-tolerant, Z-b factor controller. The ZCP270 perbs regulatory, logic, timing and sequential control together with connected Fieldbus Communications Modules (FCMs) and Fieldbus Modules. It also perbs data acquisition and alarm detection notification. The ZCP270 connects to the MESH control network and FCM 100Ets/FCM100Es via standard fiber optic 100 Mbps Ethernet. The FCM100Et interfaces the 2 Mbps Module Fieldbus used by the 200 Series FBMs and the FCM100E interfaces the 2Mbps Module Fieldbus used by the 200 Series FBMs or the 268 Kbps Fieldbus used by the 100 Series FBMs. Depending on sizing considerations, the ZCP270 can be used with a mix of FCM100E and FCM100Et modules. The fault-tolerant version of the ZCP270 consists of two single-b processor modules. These modules install in adjacent ZCP270 slots in a 1x8 or 2x8 mounting structure and connect to a fault-tolerant connector to allow for high-speed communication between the modules.

COMM15 + FDSI (Modbus, Profibus, OPC, Data Highway +) S61 The Foreign Device Systems Integrator (FDSI) allows a wide range of choices for users to b non-Foxboro devices into the I/A Series system ZCP & FCP 270 controllers. They area available with serial and Ethernet options, single and redundant bs, and have approval ratings for corrosive and explosive environments. Communication channels are galvanically isolated for protection. These rugged, compact modules mount in standard, field-mounted I/A Series baseplates side-by-side with other system b/output Fieldbus Modules (FBMs). Like the other FBMs, their communication with the I/A Series system and controllers is through Foxboro's high-perbance (100 Mbps/1Gbps), ultra-high availability field network. Each FDSI module can support up to 16 devices to read and write data, and up to 2,000 Distributed Control Interface (DCI) points. Ethernet versions can be fewer, depending upon implementation.

3.0 交流伺服系統(tǒng)的分類
交流伺服系統(tǒng)根據(jù)其處理信號(hào)的方式不同，可以分為模擬式伺服、數(shù)字模擬混合式伺服和全數(shù)字式伺服；如果按照使用的伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)的種類不同，又可分為兩種：一種是用永磁同步伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)成的伺服系統(tǒng)，包括方波永磁同步電動(dòng)機(jī)（無刷直流機(jī)）伺服系統(tǒng)和正弦波永磁同步電動(dòng)機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)；另一種是用鼠籠型異步電動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)成的伺服系統(tǒng)。二者的不同之處在于永磁同步電動(dòng)機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)中需要采用磁極位置傳感器而感應(yīng)電動(dòng)機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)中含有滑差頻率計(jì)算部分。若采用微處理器軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)伺服控制，可以使永磁同步伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)和鼠籠型異步伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)使用同一套伺服放大器。
4.0 交流伺服系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展與數(shù)字化控制的優(yōu)點(diǎn)
伺服系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展緊密地與伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)的不同發(fā)展階段相聯(lián)系，伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)至今已有五十多年的發(fā)展歷史，經(jīng)歷了三個(gè)主要發(fā)展階段：
第一個(gè)發(fā)展階段（20世紀(jì)60年代以前），此階段是以步進(jìn)電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)的液壓伺服馬達(dá)或以功率步進(jìn)電動(dòng)機(jī)直接驅(qū)動(dòng)為中心的時(shí)代，伺服系統(tǒng)的位置控制為開環(huán)系統(tǒng)。
第二個(gè)發(fā)展階段（20世紀(jì)60－70年代），這一階段是直流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)的誕生和全盛發(fā)展的時(shí)代，由于直流電動(dòng)機(jī)具有優(yōu)良的調(diào)速性能，很多高性能驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置采用了直流電動(dòng)機(jī)，伺服系統(tǒng)的位置控制也由開環(huán)系統(tǒng)發(fā)展成為閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)。在數(shù)控機(jī)床的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域，永磁式直流電動(dòng)機(jī)占統(tǒng)治地位，其控制電路簡單，無勵(lì)磁損耗，低速性能好。
第三個(gè)發(fā)展階段（20世紀(jì)80年代至今），這一階段是以機(jī)電一體化時(shí)代作為背景的，由于伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)及其永磁材料、控制技術(shù)的突破性進(jìn)展，出現(xiàn)了無刷直流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)（方波驅(qū)動(dòng)），交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)（正弦波驅(qū)動(dòng)）等種種新型電動(dòng)機(jī)。
進(jìn)入20世紀(jì)80年代后，因?yàn)槲㈦娮蛹夹g(shù)的快速發(fā)展，電路的集成度越來越高，對(duì)伺服系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生了很重要的影響，交流伺服系統(tǒng)的控制方式迅速向微機(jī)控制方向發(fā)展，并由硬件伺服轉(zhuǎn)向軟件伺服，智能化的軟件伺服將成為伺服控制的一個(gè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。
伺服系統(tǒng)控制器的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式在數(shù)字控制中也在由硬件方式向著軟件方式發(fā)展；在軟件方式中也是從伺服系統(tǒng)的外環(huán)向內(nèi)環(huán)、進(jìn)而向接近電動(dòng)機(jī)環(huán)路的更深層發(fā)展。
