·檢查OTDGM系列安全光幕是否牢固的固定在需裝備的設備上，TB系列光幕傳感器的發(fā)射器和接收器是否在一平面內，且以發(fā)射器和接收器為邊界的保護區(qū)域應為該平面內的一個矩形
·檢查OTDGM系列安全光幕的發(fā)射器和接收器，是否和各自的電纜準確的裝配到位，以及電纜的接線端是否與電源和控制單元準確、牢固的連接
·給OTDGM系列安全光幕傳感器接通電源，此時光幕傳感器開始自檢、同步及自校準，約1秒鐘后，發(fā)射器黃色指示燈穩(wěn)定，接收器指示燈全部熄滅，表示光幕傳感器進入正常工作狀態(tài)

2 .當保護區(qū)域內無侵入物體時，傳感器的接收器處于受光狀態(tài)，此時接收器的通訊指示燈(紅燈)應熄滅，發(fā)射指示燈(黃燈)點亮，這時按下被保護設備的工作開關，設備可正常運轉
2 .當有物體(不小于最小可檢測體或者分辨率)侵入保護區(qū)域時，接收器的紅色指示燈將被點亮(可能是接收器處于遮光狀態(tài)，也可能是光通訊被遮斷)，此時被保護設備受控，處于強制停頓狀態(tài)。
2 .當侵入物體撤出保護區(qū)域后，光幕傳感器將返回1.狀態(tài)，設備將繼續(xù)工作
