YOKOGAWA F3DA04-1N X5和M2處于OFF狀態(tài),一直要等到按下起動(dòng)按鈕,M5和M2變?yōu)镺N,M2的常開(kāi)觸點(diǎn)接通,轉(zhuǎn)換條件X11才能使M12接通,M12得電并自保持,系統(tǒng)才能由下降步進(jìn)入夾緊步。以后在完成某一步的操作后,都必須按一次起動(dòng)按鈕,系統(tǒng)才能進(jìn)入下一步。
在輸出程序部分,X10~X13的常閉觸點(diǎn)是為單步工作方式設(shè)置的。以下降為例,當(dāng)小車碰到限位開(kāi)關(guān)X11后,與下降步對(duì)應(yīng)的輔助繼電器M11不會(huì)馬上變?yōu)镺FF,如果YO的線圈不與X11的常閉觸點(diǎn)串聯(lián),YOKOGAWA F3DA04-1N機(jī)械手不能停在下限位開(kāi)關(guān)X11處,還會(huì)繼續(xù)下降,這種情況下可能造成事故。
(4)回原點(diǎn)程序 如圖6-27所示為機(jī)械手自動(dòng)回原點(diǎn)程序的梯形圖。YOKOGAWA F3DA04-1N在回原點(diǎn)工作方式(X1為ON),按下回原點(diǎn)起動(dòng)按鈕X7,M3變?yōu)镺N,機(jī)械手松開(kāi)和上升,升到上限位開(kāi)關(guān)時(shí)X10為0N,機(jī)械手左行,到左限位處時(shí),X12變?yōu)镺N,左行停止并將M3復(fù)位。這時(shí)原點(diǎn)條件滿足,M0為ON,在公用程序中,初始步M0被置位,為進(jìn)入單周期、連續(xù)和單步工作方式作好了準(zhǔn)備。
