描述
PC 適配器在線連接需要 24V 供電。為了防止補償電流（即提高EMC 穩(wěn)定性）此類模板的 PROFIBUS 接口不再提供 24V 供電，總線終端接口的 5V 供電是隔離的，且只用于總線終端。
CPU S7-1516 有 3 個用于連接 PC 機的以太網(wǎng)接口，因此，PC 機可通過以太網(wǎng)來實現(xiàn)與 CPU 的直接訪問而無需任何額外硬件。此外，也可通過 S7 路由的方式診斷 PROFIBUS 網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的節(jié)點而無需連接 PROFIBUS 網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
方案 1
如果使用 USB 的 PC 適配器與CPU S7-1516 的 PROFIBUS 接口直接建立在線連接，需要插入一個電源轉(zhuǎn)換模塊 AC 100V-240V / DC 24V 來實現(xiàn)對 PC 適配器的供電（訂貨號：6ES7972-0CA00-0XA0）。
方案 2
如果使用 Field PG，可通過 PROFIBUS 電纜來連接 Field PG 的 PROFIBUS 接口與 CPU 的 PROFIBUS 接口。

USB A2 PC 適配器作為 USB 的 PC 適配器的替代，電源供電(+5V DC) 通過 USB 口提供，這意味著該適配器不再需要 24V 的供電了
