如果情況允許,是找一塊與被維修板一樣的好板作為參照,然后使用一起的雙棒VI曲線掃描功能對兩塊板進行好、壞對比測試,起始的對比點可以從端口開始,然后由表及里,尤其是對電容的對比測試,可以彌補萬用表在線難以測出是否漏電的缺憾。
:先易后難
使用工具:電路在線維修儀、電烙鐵、記號筆
為提高測試效果,在對電路板進行在線功能測試前,應對被修板做一些技術處理,以盡量削弱各種干擾對測試進程帶來的負面影響。具體措施是:
1、測試前的準備
將晶振短路,對大的電解電容要焊下一條腳使其開路,因為電容的充放電同樣也能帶來干擾。
2、采用排除法對器件進行測試
對器件進行在線測試或比較過程中,凡是測試通過(或比較正常)的器件,請直接確認測試結(jié)果,以便記錄;對測試未通過(或比較超差)的,可再測試一遍,若還是未通過,也可先確認測試結(jié)果,就這樣一直測試下去,直到將板上的器件測試(或比較)完,然后再回過頭來處理那些未通過測試(或比較超差)的器件。對未通過功能在線測試的器件,儀器還提供了一種不太卻又比較實用的處理方法,由于儀器對電路板的供電可以通過測試夾施加到器件相應的電源與地腳,若對器件的電源腳實施刃割,則這個器件將脫離電路板供電系統(tǒng),這時再對該器件進行在線功能測試,由于電路板上的其他器件將不會再起干擾作用,實際測試效果等同于“準離線”,測準率將獲得很大提高。
3、用ASA-VI曲線掃描測試對測試庫尚未涵蓋的器件進行比較測試
由于ASA-VI智能曲線掃描技術能適用于對任何器件的比較測試,只要測試夾能將器件夾住,再有一塊參照板,通過對比測試,同樣對器件具備較強的故障偵測能力。該功能彌補了器件在線功能測試要受制于測試庫的不足,拓展了儀器對電路板故障的偵測范圍。現(xiàn)實中往往會出現(xiàn)無法找到好板做參照的情景,而且待修板本身的電路結(jié)構(gòu)也無任何對稱性,在這種情況下,ASA-VI曲線掃描比較測試功能起不了作用,而在線功能測試由于器件測試庫的不完全,無法完成對電路板上每一個器件都測試一遍,電路板依然無法修復,這兒就是電路在線維修儀的局限,就跟沒有包治百病的藥一樣。
:先靜后動
由于電路在線維修儀目前只能對電路板上的器件進行功能在線測試和靜態(tài)特征分析,是否完全修好必須要經(jīng)過整機測試檢驗,因此,在檢驗時先檢查一下設備的電源是否按要求正確供給到電路板上。
