在無(wú)任何原理圖狀況下要對(duì)一塊比較陌生的電路板進(jìn)行維修,以往的所謂“經(jīng)驗(yàn)”就難有作為,盡管硬件功底深厚的人對(duì)維修充滿信心,但如果方法不當(dāng),工作起來(lái)照樣事倍功半。那么,怎樣做才能提高維修效呢?根據(jù)我公司進(jìn)口設(shè)備維修中心統(tǒng)計(jì)出來(lái)的資料,應(yīng)遵循以下幾個(gè)步驟、按順序有條不紊的進(jìn)行。
方法一:先看后量
使用工具:萬(wàn)用表、放大鏡
當(dāng)手拿一塊待修的電路板,良好的習(xí)慣首先是應(yīng)對(duì)其進(jìn)行目測(cè),必要時(shí)還要借助放大鏡,看什么呢?
主要看:
1、是否有斷線;
2、分力元件如電阻、電解電容、電感、二極管、三極管等時(shí)候存在斷開(kāi)現(xiàn)象;
3、電路板上的印制板連接線是否存在斷裂、粘連等;
4、是否有人修過(guò)?動(dòng)過(guò)哪些元器件?是否存在虛焊、漏焊、插反等操作方面的失誤;
在確定了被修無(wú)上述狀況后,首先用萬(wàn)用表測(cè)量電路板電源和地之間的阻值,通常電路板的阻值都在70-80?以上,若阻值太小,才幾個(gè)或十幾個(gè)歐姆,說(shuō)明電路板上有元器件被擊穿或部分擊穿,就必須采取措施將被擊穿的元器件找出來(lái)。具體辦法是給被修板供電,用手去摸電路板上各器件的
溫度,燙手的講師重點(diǎn)懷疑對(duì)象。若阻值正常,用萬(wàn)用表測(cè)量板上的阻、二極管、三極管、場(chǎng)效應(yīng)管、撥段開(kāi)關(guān)等分力元件,其目的就是首先要確保測(cè)量過(guò)的元件是正常的,我們的理由是,能用萬(wàn)用表解決的問(wèn)題,就不要把它復(fù)雜化。
