.組合代換
組合代換就是把同一型號的多塊IC內部未受損的電路部分,重新組合成一塊完整的IC,用以代替功能不良的IC的方法。對買不到原配IC的情況下是十分適用的。但要求所利用IC內部完好的電路一定要有接口引出腳。
非直接代換關鍵是要查清楚互相代換的兩種IC的基本電參數(shù)、內部等效電路、各引腳的功能、IC與外部元件之間連接關系的資料。實際操作時予以注意:
⑴集成電路引腳的編號順序,切勿接錯;
⑵為適應代換后的IC的特點,與其相連的外圍電路的元件要作相應的改變;
⑶電源電壓要與代換后的IC相符,如果原電路中電源電壓高,應設法降壓;電壓低,要看代換IC能否工作。
⑷代換以后要測量IC的靜態(tài)工作電流,如電流遠大于正常值,則說明電路可能產生自激,這時須進行去耦、調整。若增益與原來有所差別,可調整反饋電阻阻值;
⑸代換后IC的輸入、輸出阻抗要與原電路相匹配;檢查其驅動能力。
⑹在改動時要充分利用原電路板上的腳孔和引線,外接引線要求整齊,避免前后交叉,以便檢查和防止電路自激,特別是防止高頻自激;
[7]在通電前電源Vcc回路里再串接一直流電流表,降壓電阻阻值由大到小觀察集成電路總電流的變化是否正常。
