在我國工業(yè)機器人的使用集中在汽車工業(yè)和電子電氣工業(yè)等領(lǐng)域，弧焊機器人、點焊機器人、搬運機器人等在生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用相對廣泛。今天我們從技術(shù)的方向，說一下工業(yè)機器人的技術(shù)性能的特點。

　　智能型，現(xiàn)在使用的傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)機器人速度雖然不快卻能保質(zhì)保量，但市場的發(fā)展對工業(yè)機器人的要求越來越高，在保質(zhì)保量的同時如何讓機器人更好的理解人的意圖，可以相對自主的去理解和規(guī)劃任務(wù)；如何讓機器人在外圍環(huán)境發(fā)生變化的情況下自動適應(yīng)變化；如何通過觸覺視覺聽覺等去判斷零部件的裝配質(zhì)量等等。對絕大部分的工業(yè)來說，在機電方面工業(yè)機器人能達到低于0.1毫米的運動精度(指重復(fù)運動到點精度)，抓取達到一噸的物體，伸展達到三四米，就可以圓滿完成任務(wù)。隨著機器人性能的提升，高精度數(shù)控機床，激光校準(zhǔn)設(shè)備，或特殊環(huán)境(高溫或極低溫)設(shè)備等，傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)機器人還不能做到。

　　人機合作，我們現(xiàn)在最常見的是為機器人配備籠子，當(dāng)籠門打開時，機器人收到信號就會自動暫停。雖然籠子并不貴，但要考慮產(chǎn)線排布或是增加產(chǎn)線面積，這些方面影響了生產(chǎn)的效率。工業(yè)機器人能安全地和人一起工作已經(jīng)成為發(fā)展的方向。易用性，想要操作機器人就要去學(xué)習(xí)工業(yè)機器人的編程，企業(yè)想要使用機器人就要花大價錢去培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)，這在很大的程度上制約了工業(yè)機器人的推廣，機器人的易用性開始得到人們的重視，如何能讓人經(jīng)過簡短的培訓(xùn)，就能像玩iPhone一樣很快操作機器人，就成為了廠商們大力投資的方向。

　　成本，機器人的成本從幾萬到上百萬都有，這個成本雖低于高端專業(yè)制造設(shè)備，但也往往對國內(nèi)小集成商們來說價格還是很高的。從這幾年來看，工業(yè)機器人十分受到制造業(yè)的歡迎，機器人自動化很快就會得到普及，很多的國內(nèi)廠商開始對機器人的技術(shù)周守進行突破，希望打破國外品牌對我國市場的壟斷。通用性，很多的工業(yè)機器人不能滿足小型廠商的生產(chǎn)變化，只能適應(yīng)大批量的生產(chǎn)，這就是通用型的不足，一臺機器人通過改變編程就可以進行生產(chǎn)的變化，是很多機器人廠商現(xiàn)在研究的目標(biāo)。
