    而且還具有比硅整流元件(俗稱"死硅")更為可貴的可控性。它只有導(dǎo)通和關(guān)斷兩種狀態(tài)??煽毓枘芤院涟布夒娏骺刂拼蠊β实臋C電設(shè)備,如果超過此功率,因元件開關(guān)損耗顯著增加,允許通過的平均電流相降低,此時,標(biāo)稱電流應(yīng)降級使用。可控硅的優(yōu)點很多,例如:以小功率控制大功率,功率放大倍數(shù)高達幾十萬倍;反應(yīng)極快,在微秒級內(nèi)開通、關(guān)斷;無觸點運行,無火花、無噪音;效率高,成本低等等。可控硅的弱點:靜態(tài)及動態(tài)的過載能力較差;容易受干擾而誤導(dǎo)通??煽毓鑿耐庑紊戏诸愔饕校郝菟ㄐ?、平板形和平底形。可控硅元件的結(jié)構(gòu)不管可控硅的外形如何,它們的管芯都是由P型硅和N型硅組成的四層P1N1P2N2結(jié)構(gòu)。見圖1。它有三個PN結(jié)(JJJ3)。平?jīng)鍪蠸ANIL開關(guān)SD-18MS-08LS,M18,8mm,

    電機不斷加速。當(dāng)輸出電壓達到達速電壓Ur時,電機也基本達到額定轉(zhuǎn)速。軟起動器在起動過程中自動檢測達速電壓,當(dāng)電機達到額定轉(zhuǎn)速時,使輸出電壓達到額定電壓。限流起動:就是電機的起動過程中限制其起動電流不超過某一設(shè)定值(Im)的軟起動方式。其輸出電壓從零開始迅速增長,直到輸出電流達到預(yù)先設(shè)定的電流限值Im,然后保持輸出電流I這種起動方式的優(yōu)點是起動電流小,且可按需要調(diào)整。對電網(wǎng)影響小,其缺點是在起動時難以知道起動壓降,不能充分利用壓降空間。節(jié)能原理電動機屬感性負(fù)載,電流滯后電壓,大多數(shù)用電器都屬此類。軟啟動器(圖5)軟啟動器(圖5)為了提高功率因數(shù)須用容性負(fù)載來補償,并電容或用同步電動機補償。降低電動機的激磁電流也可提高功率因數(shù)(HPS2節(jié)能功能。平?jīng)鍪蠸ANIL開關(guān)SD-18MS-08LS,M18,8mm,
