在直流回路過壓跳閘后將斬波器和制動電阻投入,結果跳閘更加頻繁。變頻器操作手冊上對直流回路過壓原因的解釋通常有2點:a)進線電壓過高;b)減速時間太短;因該變頻器已投入運行2個月,且跳閘時進線電壓在允許的范圍之內(nèi),其它變頻器工作正常,結合以前處理變頻器故障時對直流回路過壓的認識,認為在使用電壓控制器調(diào)節(jié)回饋電流防止直流回路過壓的情況下,負載電流的變化率過大是引起過壓的一個重要原因,到現(xiàn)場查看被控設備時,發(fā)現(xiàn)有一塊物料卡在傳送帶的間隙中,清除后,變頻器工作正常。拆開變頻器外殼檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)制動斬波器上設有三檔進線電壓選擇裝置(400V、500V、690V)以適應不同的進線電壓,其中短接環(huán)插在690V檔上。

設計時應根據(jù)具體情況通過編程來選擇保護功能或使某些保護功能失效。《低壓配電設計規(guī)范》GB50054-95第4.3.5條規(guī)定:“突然斷電比過負載造成的損失更大的線路,其過負載保護應作用于信號而不應作用于切斷電路?!痹谇懊嫣岬降南辣每刂葡到y(tǒng)中,由于消防泵是消防應急負荷,它是在消防救火的緊要關頭工作的。當火災發(fā)生時,重要的問題是消防泵能地運轉(zhuǎn)打水到消防管網(wǎng)中,而對消防泵電機的保護就不是重要問題。所以上面提到的某些保護功能可以通過編程使它失效,或者使保護動作于信號而不是作于使消防泵電機停機。前面提到的過載保護功能也只應動作于信號。2)支路保護由于軟起動器本身沒有短路保護,為保護其中的晶閘管,應該采用快速熔斷器(自動空氣開關的開斷時間較長。
