具體方法如后所述。單極性SPWM法(1)調(diào)制波和載波:曲線①是正弦調(diào)制波,其周期決定于需要的調(diào)頻比kf,振幅值決定于ku,曲線②是采用等腰三角波的載波,其周期決定于載波頻率,振幅不變,等于ku=1時正弦調(diào)制波的振幅值,每半周期內(nèi)所有三角波的極性均相同(即單極性)。調(diào)制波和載波的交點,決定了SPWM脈沖系列的寬度和脈沖音的間隔寬度,每半周期內(nèi)的脈沖系列也是單極性的。(2)單極性調(diào)制的工作特點:每半個周期內(nèi),逆變橋同一橋臂的兩個逆變器件中,只有一個器件按脈沖系列的規(guī)律時通時通時斷地工作,另一個完全截止;而在另半個周期內(nèi),兩個器件的工況正好相反,流經(jīng)負(fù)載ZL的便是正、負(fù)交替的交變電流。雙極性SPWM法(1)調(diào)制波和載波:調(diào)制波仍為正弦波。

按照開關(guān)管的開關(guān)條件,DC/DC轉(zhuǎn)換器又可以分為硬開關(guān)(HardSwitching)開關(guān)電源開關(guān)電源和軟開關(guān)(SoftSwitching)兩種。硬開關(guān)DC/DC轉(zhuǎn)換器的開關(guān)器件是在承受電壓或流過電流的情況下,開通或關(guān)斷電路的,因此在開通或關(guān)斷過程中將會產(chǎn)生較大的交疊損耗,即所謂的開關(guān)損耗(Switchingloss)。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)換器的工作狀態(tài)一定時開關(guān)損耗也是一定的,而且開關(guān)頻率越高,開關(guān)損耗越大,同時在開關(guān)過程中還會激起電路分布電感和寄生電容的振蕩,帶來附加損耗,因此,硬開關(guān)DC/DC轉(zhuǎn)換器的開關(guān)頻率不能太高。軟開關(guān)DC/DC轉(zhuǎn)換器的開關(guān)管,在開通或關(guān)斷過程中,或是加于其上的電壓為零,即零電壓開關(guān)(Zero-Voltage-Switching。

無論在基礎(chǔ)上還是起步時間上都落后于歐美國家。但至少目前技術(shù)已經(jīng)不是與國外變頻器行業(yè)的壁壘,而穩(wěn)定性及產(chǎn)品性能才是各個廠商面臨的主要技術(shù)問題。許多國內(nèi)軟啟動企業(yè)都在變頻器研發(fā)上投入大量的人力與物力,力求在變頻器技術(shù)方面占領(lǐng)制高點。一批的變頻器企業(yè)脫穎而出,成為了國內(nèi)上市企業(yè)。盡管如此,變頻器的核心器件IGBT和芯片始終依賴進口,成為制約變頻器國產(chǎn)的瓶頸。變頻器核心器件的研發(fā)制造是變頻器產(chǎn)業(yè)需要突破的一個重要關(guān)口,威爾凱電氣也正在這個領(lǐng)域進行不懈地堅持和努力。我想不久的將來,的變頻技術(shù)是有可能達到甚至超越外國先進水平,至于多久能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn),我們一起拭目以待吧。全球性“節(jié)能減排”工業(yè)改造計劃正在大規(guī)模推行,作為大國也高度重視節(jié)能減排。

3.主要參數(shù)⑴在截止?fàn)顟B(tài)時①擊穿電壓Uceo和Ucex:能使集電極C和發(fā)射極E之間擊穿的電壓。基極B開路是用Uceo表示,B、E間接入反向偏壓時用Ucex表示。在大多數(shù)情況下,這兩個數(shù)據(jù)是相等的。②漏電流Iceo和Icex:截止?fàn)顟B(tài)下,從C極流向E極的電流。B極開路時為Iceo,B、E間反偏時為Icex。⑵在飽和狀態(tài)時①集電極電流Icm:GTR飽和導(dǎo)通是的允許電流。②飽和壓降Uces:當(dāng)GTR飽和導(dǎo)通時,C、E間的電壓降。⑶在開關(guān)過程中①開通時間Ton:從B極通入正向信號電流時起,到集電極電流上升到0.9Ics所需要的時間。②關(guān)斷時間Toff:從基極電流撤消時起,至Ic下降至0.1Ics所需的時間開通時間和關(guān)斷時間將直接影響到SPWM調(diào)制是的載波頻率。

其動合觸點閉合,與已閉合的KM動合輔助觸點形成自鎖,電動機正常運行。當(dāng)電動機發(fā)生斷相運行時,接在斷相上的欠電流繼電器釋放,相應(yīng)繼電器的動合觸點打開,使交流接觸器線圈的自鎖電路斷開,接觸器失電釋放,電動機停止運轉(zhuǎn)。
