各種信號可直接輸入,記錄儀內(nèi)部可自動識別,且可以為一次儀表提供全隔離配電,使用、維護非常方便;第三方面,精度非常高,可達到千分之一的精度;第四,高性價比。不但能顯示、記錄,而且具有調(diào)節(jié)、報警輸出功能,特別適于高度分散,既需顯示,又需控制的油田現(xiàn)場;第五,其內(nèi)部固化了常規(guī)控制算法、常用介質(zhì)溫壓補償、流量累計等功能塊;第六,它具有通訊和聯(lián)網(wǎng)功能,記錄儀上可配有兩個RS-485接口和一個RS-232接口,使用它們可方便的組成網(wǎng)絡(luò),另外,體積小、容量大。多可達8個輸入通道,也可構(gòu)成8路PID,同時可有12個開關(guān)量輸出。在本應(yīng)用案例中,該系統(tǒng)主要用于采油站、聯(lián)合站對每口井以及各個區(qū)域采油、氣量的實時顯示、記錄。

因進線電壓過高,直流回路電壓超過了設(shè)定的極限值,在減速時電壓調(diào)節(jié)器起作用,造成制動電流很小,電機轉(zhuǎn)速降不下來,而在軋鋼時,電網(wǎng)的負載加重,直流回路電壓低于115%的極限設(shè)定值,制動功能恢復正常。在當時無法降低電網(wǎng)電壓的情況下,將直流回路電壓極限設(shè)定值增至127%后,變頻器工作正常。在停產(chǎn)檢修時,我們根據(jù)電網(wǎng)的情況改變了變壓器的檔位,使變頻器的進線電壓在允許的范圍內(nèi),此后變頻器工作正常。(3)AEGMultiverter22/27-400變頻器上電后,操作面板上的液晶顯示屏顯示正常,但ready指示燈不亮,變頻器不能合閘查看變頻器菜單中的故障記錄時未發(fā)現(xiàn)有故障,而對操作面板上各按鍵的操作在事件記錄中則有記錄。

檢查變頻器內(nèi)A10主板、A22電源板上的LED指示燈均正常,用試電筆測變頻器的進線電源,發(fā)現(xiàn)有一相顯示不正常,用萬用表測量三相結(jié)果為:Vab=390V,Vac=190V,Vbc=190V。經(jīng)檢查系進線端子排處接觸不良。ready指示燈是變頻器內(nèi)各種狀態(tài)信息的綜合反映,當它不亮時可提示維護人員注意變頻器尚未就緒。此時在進線電源不正常時變頻器的故障記錄中未能反映未就緒的原因,可能與電路的設(shè)計有關(guān)。(4)調(diào)試過程中變頻器啟動后即過流跳閘變頻器供貨方與被控設(shè)備的供貨方因溝通上的原因,在容量上不匹配(電機功率為30kW)。將變頻器的控制模式選為矢量控制,在輸入電機參數(shù)時,變頻器自動將電機的額定電流60A限定在45A。

傳遞觸發(fā)信號,一般采用光纖傳輸,能有效地避免各種電磁干擾。通過光纖傳遞信號,也有兩種方式:一種多光纖方式,一種單光纖方式。多光纖方式即每塊觸發(fā)板有一路光纖;單光纖方式即每一相只有一路光纖,信號傳遞到一塊主觸發(fā)板,再由主觸發(fā)板傳遞到同一相的其他觸發(fā)板。由于各路光纖光電傳輸過程中損耗不盡一致,因此從觸發(fā)一致性上看,單光纖的方式比多光纖可靠。高壓軟啟動器對信號的檢測比低壓軟啟動器要求更高。高壓軟起動器所在的環(huán)境存在著大量的電磁干擾,并且高壓軟啟動器所用的真空接觸器和真空斷路器在其分斷和閉合過程中會產(chǎn)生大量的電磁干擾。所以對檢測到的信號不僅要進行硬件濾波,也要進行軟件濾波,去掉干擾信號。軟啟動器在完成啟動過程后。
