電抗器安裝在變頻器側(cè)面或測上方比較好。這時可以用估算:變頻器容量(KW)×60[W]因為各變頻器廠家的硬件都差不多,所以上式可以針對各品牌的產(chǎn)品.注意:如果有制動電阻的話,因為制動電阻的散熱量很大,因此安裝位置和變頻器隔離開,如裝在柜子上面或旁邊等。那么,怎樣才能降低控制柜內(nèi)的發(fā)熱量呢?當(dāng)變頻器安裝在控制機(jī)柜中時,要考慮變頻器發(fā)熱值的問題。根據(jù)機(jī)柜內(nèi)產(chǎn)生熱量值的增加,要適當(dāng)?shù)卦黾訖C(jī)柜的尺寸。因此,要使控制機(jī)柜的尺寸盡量減小,就必須要使機(jī)柜中產(chǎn)生的熱量值盡可能地減少。如果在變頻器安裝時,把變頻器的散熱器部分放到控制機(jī)柜的外面,將會使變頻器有70%的發(fā)熱量釋放到控制機(jī)柜的外面。由于大容量變頻器有很大的發(fā)熱量。

作為過電壓保護(hù)或低電壓閉鎖的啟動元件。本繼電器為集成電路靜態(tài)型繼電器,精度高、功耗小、動作時間短、返回系數(shù)高、整定直觀方便、范圍寬,且作為低電壓繼電器使用無抖動現(xiàn)象。無源電壓繼電器則無需直流輔助電源,采用撥碼開關(guān)整定電壓值,用數(shù)字倍率開關(guān)切換,改變后無需校驗。均可完全可以替代電磁型電壓繼電器。無源電壓繼電器分別采用凸出式固定結(jié)構(gòu)、凸出式插拔結(jié)構(gòu)(JK-JK-1Q)、嵌入式插拔結(jié)構(gòu)(A11K、A11H、A11Q)殼體。繼電器是由數(shù)個繼電器與電路組合而成,為的是要能互補彼此的異常缺陷,達(dá)到正確且低誤動作的繼電器完整功能,使其失誤和失效值愈低,因素則愈高,因此需設(shè)計出多種繼電器以保護(hù)不同等級機(jī)械。

電流I2l的方向從T2流向T1。由特性曲線可知,這時雙向可控硅觸發(fā)導(dǎo)通規(guī)律是按第二象限的特性進(jìn)行的,又因為觸發(fā)信號是正向的,所以把這種觸發(fā)叫做“象限的正向觸發(fā)”或稱為I+觸發(fā)方式。(2)如果主電極T2仍加正向電壓,而把觸發(fā)信號改為反向信號(圖5b),這時雙向可控硅觸發(fā)導(dǎo)通后,通態(tài)電流的方向仍然是從T2到T1。我們把這種觸發(fā)叫做“象限的負(fù)觸發(fā)”或稱為I-觸發(fā)方式。(3)兩個主電極加上反向電壓U12(圖5c),輸入正向觸發(fā)信號,雙向可控硅導(dǎo)通后,通態(tài)電流從T1流向T2。雙向可控硅按第三象限特性曲線工作,因此把這種觸發(fā)叫做Ⅲ+觸發(fā)方式。(4)兩個主電極仍然加反向電壓U12,輸入的是反向觸發(fā)信號(圖5d)。
