其實(shí)變頻器也一樣的。溫度升高時(shí),由于半導(dǎo)體對(duì)溫度的敏感性,逆變管的開(kāi)通時(shí)間和關(guān)斷時(shí)間,以及由延遲電路產(chǎn)生的等待時(shí)間,都將發(fā)生變化,并且具有比較準(zhǔn)確的變化規(guī)律。當(dāng)溫度一旦超過(guò)某一限值時(shí),將引起“等待時(shí)間”的不足,使逆變電路的輸出波形出現(xiàn)“毛刺”,并終導(dǎo)致逆變管因直通而損壞。但就多數(shù)設(shè)備而言,其破壞作用常常是比較緩慢的,受破壞時(shí)的溫度通常是不很準(zhǔn)確的,而唯獨(dú)在變頻器逆變電路中,溫度一超過(guò)某一限值,會(huì)立即導(dǎo)致逆變管的損壞,并且該溫度限值往往十分。安裝環(huán)境不準(zhǔn)確變頻器是一臺(tái)全電力半導(dǎo)體設(shè)備,所以,它對(duì)周?chē)h(huán)境的要求也和其他電力半導(dǎo)體設(shè)備相同。環(huán)境濕度:相對(duì)濕度不超過(guò)90%(無(wú)結(jié)露現(xiàn)象)其它條件:在變頻器的安裝位置應(yīng)無(wú)直射陽(yáng)光、無(wú)腐蝕性氣體及易燃?xì)怏w、塵埃少、海拔低于1000m等。

它的二次回路始終是閉合的,因此測(cè)量?jī)x表和保護(hù)回路串聯(lián)線圈的阻抗很小,電流互感器的工作狀態(tài)接近短路。工作原理編輯在發(fā)電、變電、輸電、配電和用電的線路中電流大小懸殊,從幾安到幾萬(wàn)安都有。為便于測(cè)量、保護(hù)和控制需要轉(zhuǎn)換為比較統(tǒng)一的電流,另外線路上的電壓一般都比較高如直接測(cè)量是非常危險(xiǎn)的。電流互感器就起到電流變換和電氣隔離作用[1]。對(duì)于指針式的電流表,電流互感器的二次電流大多數(shù)是安培級(jí)的(如5A等)。對(duì)于數(shù)字化儀表,采樣的信號(hào)一般為毫安級(jí)(0-5V、4-20mA等)。微型電流互感器二次電流為毫安級(jí),主要起大互感器與采樣之間的橋梁作用。微型電流互感器也有人稱之為“儀用電流互感器”。(“儀用電流互感器”有一層含義是在實(shí)驗(yàn)室使用的多電流比精密電流互感器。

從電動(dòng)機(jī)與負(fù)載相連而成的機(jī)械系統(tǒng),為防止振動(dòng),必須使整個(gè)系統(tǒng)不與電動(dòng)機(jī)產(chǎn)生的電磁力諧波。負(fù)載匹配及對(duì)策生產(chǎn)機(jī)械的種類(lèi)繁多,性能和工藝要求各異,其轉(zhuǎn)矩特性不同,因此應(yīng)用變頻器前首先要搞清電動(dòng)機(jī)所帶負(fù)載的性質(zhì),即負(fù)載特性,然后再選擇變頻器和電動(dòng)機(jī)。負(fù)載有三種類(lèi)型:恒轉(zhuǎn)矩負(fù)載、風(fēng)機(jī)泵類(lèi)負(fù)載和恒功率負(fù)載。不同的負(fù)載類(lèi)型,應(yīng)選不同類(lèi)型的變頻器。(3)恒轉(zhuǎn)矩負(fù)載恒轉(zhuǎn)矩負(fù)載又分為摩擦類(lèi)負(fù)載和位能式負(fù)載。摩擦類(lèi)負(fù)載的起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩一般要求額定轉(zhuǎn)矩的150%左右,制動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩一般要求額定轉(zhuǎn)矩的左右,所以變頻器應(yīng)選擇具有恒定轉(zhuǎn)矩特性,而且起動(dòng)和制動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩都比較大,過(guò)載時(shí)間和過(guò)載能力大的變頻器,如FR-A540系列。位能負(fù)載一般要求大的起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩和能量回饋功能。
