輸入阻抗為250W〗18.功率消耗:不大于30W19.正常工作環(huán)境:溫度范圍:0~50°C濕度范圍:10~85%R?H20.電源電壓:220V;50Hz21.外形尺寸:144′144′200mm22.開孔尺寸:138′138mm工作原理編輯每路輸入信號經(jīng)程控放大,24位分辨率A/D轉(zhuǎn)換,光電隔離送至單片機處理。從而消除了各輸入通道之間的干擾,消除了輸入通道與CPU之間的干擾。使用高精度數(shù)字溫度傳感器,進行熱電偶的冷端溫度補償。為了提高長期穩(wěn)定性,本記錄儀放棄了傳統(tǒng)的用電位器調(diào)整放大倍數(shù)及零點的方法,代之以軟件程序調(diào)校法,并實現(xiàn)了放大倍數(shù)的程控放大。出廠前廠方對各項參數(shù)均已調(diào)試完成。用戶可通過鍵盤設(shè)定對系統(tǒng)誤差進行平移校正。檢查其周邊器件,發(fā)現(xiàn)一貼片電容有短路,更換后,變頻器運行良好。(4)變頻器整流橋二次損壞在接修一臺LGSV030IH-4變頻器時,檢查時發(fā)現(xiàn)整流橋損壞,無其它不良之處,更換后,帶負載運行良好。不到一個月,客戶再次拿來。檢查時發(fā)現(xiàn)整流橋再次損壞,此時懷疑變頻器某處絕緣不好,單獨檢查電容,正常。單獨檢查逆變模塊,無不良癥狀,檢查各個端子與地之間也未發(fā)現(xiàn)絕緣不良問題,再仔細檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)直流母線回路端子P-P1與N之間的塑料絕緣端子有炭化跡象,拆開端子查看,果然發(fā)現(xiàn)端子碳化已相當(dāng)嚴(yán)重,從角度考慮,更換損壞端子,變頻器恢復(fù)正常運行,正常運行已有半年多。(5)變頻器小電容炸裂在接修一臺三肯SVF7.5kW變頻器時。

將萬用表調(diào)到電阻X10檔,紅表棒接到P,黑表棒分別依到R、S、T,正常時有幾十歐的阻值,且基本平衡。相反將黑表棒接到P端,紅表棒依變頻器維修圖片變頻器維修圖片(4張)次接到R、S、T,有一個接近于無窮大的阻值。將紅表棒接到N端,重復(fù)以上步驟,都應(yīng)得到相同結(jié)果。如果有以阻值三相不平衡,說明整流橋有故障.B.紅表棒接P端時,電阻無窮大,可以斷定整流橋故障或啟動電阻出現(xiàn)故障。測試逆變電路將紅表棒接到P端,黑表棒分別接U、V、W上,應(yīng)該有幾十歐的阻值,且各相阻值基本相同。將黑表棒N端,反相應(yīng)該為無窮大,重復(fù)以上步驟應(yīng)得到相同結(jié)果,否則可確定逆變模塊有故障。動態(tài)測試在靜態(tài)測試結(jié)果正常以后,才可進行動態(tài)測試。ZVT)PWM轉(zhuǎn)換器和零電流轉(zhuǎn)換(Zero-Voltage-Transition,ZVT)PWM轉(zhuǎn)換器等,均屬于軟開關(guān)直流轉(zhuǎn)換器。電力電子開關(guān)器件和零開關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)換器技術(shù)的發(fā)展,促使了高頻開關(guān)電源的發(fā)展?;窘M成編輯開關(guān)電源大致由主電路、開關(guān)電源開關(guān)電源控制電路、檢測電路、輔助電源四大部份組成。主電路沖擊電流限幅:限制接通電源瞬間輸入側(cè)的沖擊電流。輸入濾波器:其作用是過濾電網(wǎng)存在的雜波及阻礙本機產(chǎn)生的雜波反饋回電網(wǎng)。整流與濾波:將電網(wǎng)交流電源直接整流為較平滑的直流電。逆變:將整流后的直流電變?yōu)楦哳l交流電,這是高頻開關(guān)電源的核心部分。輸出整流與濾波:根據(jù)負載需要,提供穩(wěn)定可靠的直流電源??刂齐娐芬环矫鎻妮敵龆巳?。

繼電器動作,觸點閉合或斷開,控制電路通斷。晶體管型電壓繼電器由電壓形成回路、整流濾波回路、比較回路、執(zhí)行回路和輸出回路組成。感應(yīng)型過流繼電器具有感應(yīng)機構(gòu)和電磁機構(gòu)。感應(yīng)機構(gòu)如圖2,輸入電生的磁通分為ФjФj2兩部分。Φj1通過短路環(huán),在其中產(chǎn)生感應(yīng)電勢Ed和感應(yīng)電流Id,感應(yīng)電流Id又產(chǎn)生磁通Φdo此Φd與Φj1合成磁通Φ1;Φd與Φj2合成磁通Φ2,Φ1與Φ2的相位差為。ΦΦ2在鋁圓盤中產(chǎn)生渦流,磁通與各自產(chǎn)生的渦流相互作用,產(chǎn)生旋轉(zhuǎn)力矩。力矩的大小與電流的平方成比例。當(dāng)輸入電流達到動作值時,由專門機構(gòu)使繼電器啟動,鋁圓盤亦開始轉(zhuǎn)動,經(jīng)一定時間,動觸點與靜觸點接通。觸點接通動作時限與電流成反比。使其在10年使用壽命期內(nèi)不會明顯褪色。9)道路交通信號燈燈殼結(jié)構(gòu)要求采用鋁材壓鑄制造,開啟式;外殼表面噴塑,顏色為黑色,美觀輕巧,便于維修與安裝。10)道路交通信號燈內(nèi)所有密封應(yīng)采用硅橡膠材料,使其在10年使用期內(nèi)在高溫和低溫環(huán)境下不至于出現(xiàn)老化和硬化現(xiàn)象。11)道路交通信號燈除電氣零件外其余具有不低于10年的抗老化性能、抗腐蝕性能,在10年使用期內(nèi)金屬件不能出現(xiàn)銹斑。12)道路交通信號燈的附屬金屬結(jié)構(gòu)件、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)緊固件應(yīng)用不銹鋼制造,以符合GB14887-2006的相關(guān)規(guī)定。一體化信號燈,不允許采用包箍或支架連接,以保證美觀。13)道路交通信號燈出線孔應(yīng)設(shè)置在燈殼的背面,并且能容納¢20的電纜自由通過。

或可采用高速可控硅(晶閘管)。關(guān)于連續(xù)峰值開路電壓VDRM在電源不正常的情況下,可控硅(晶閘管)兩端的電壓會超過連續(xù)峰值開路電壓VDRM的值,此時可控硅(晶閘管)的漏電流增大并擊穿導(dǎo)通。如果負載能允許很大的浪涌電流,那么硅片上局部的電流密度就很高,使這一小部分先導(dǎo)通。導(dǎo)致芯片燒毀或損壞。另外白熾燈,容性負載或短路保護電路會產(chǎn)生較高的浪涌電流,這時可外加濾波器和鉗位電路來防止尖峰(毛刺)電壓加到雙向可控硅(晶閘管)上[2]。結(jié)構(gòu)上也比較簡單。但是簡單電路也可能會產(chǎn)生疑難故障。開關(guān)電源的檢修不像線性電源那么直觀,電路的任一個小環(huán)節(jié)一振蕩、穩(wěn)壓、保護、負載等出現(xiàn)異常,都會使電路出現(xiàn)各種各樣的故障現(xiàn)象。上電后無反應(yīng),操作顯示面板無顯示,變頻器好像沒通電一樣。測量控制端子的控制電壓和10V頻率調(diào)整電壓都為0,測量變頻器主接線端子電阻正常,那么大致上可以斷定問題是出在開關(guān)電源電路了。過熱保護編輯主要有以下幾點:⑴風(fēng)扇運轉(zhuǎn)保護變頻器的內(nèi)裝風(fēng)扇是箱體內(nèi)部散熱的主要手段,它將保證控制電路的正常工作。所以,如果風(fēng)扇運轉(zhuǎn)不正常,應(yīng)立即進行保護;⑵逆變模塊散熱板的過熱保護逆變模塊是變頻器內(nèi)發(fā)生熱量的主要部件,也是變頻器中重要而又脆弱的部件。
