2)轉(zhuǎn)矩特性、臨界轉(zhuǎn)矩、加速轉(zhuǎn)矩。在同等電機(jī)功率情況下,相對(duì)于高過載轉(zhuǎn)矩模式,變頻器規(guī)格可以降額選取。3)電磁兼容性。為減少主電源干擾,使用時(shí)可在中間電路或變頻器輸入電路中增加電抗器,或安裝前置隔離變壓器。一般當(dāng)電機(jī)與變頻器距離超過50m時(shí),應(yīng)在它們中間串入電抗器、濾波器或采用屏蔽防護(hù)電纜。變頻器功率的選用系統(tǒng)效率等于變頻器效率與電動(dòng)機(jī)效率的乘積,只有兩者都處在較高的效率下工作時(shí),則系統(tǒng)效率才較高。從效率角度出發(fā),在選用變頻器功率時(shí),要注意以下幾點(diǎn):1)變頻器功率值與電動(dòng)機(jī)功率值相當(dāng)時(shí)合適,以利變頻器在高的效率值下運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。2)在變頻器的功率分級(jí)與電動(dòng)機(jī)功率分級(jí)不相同時(shí),則變頻器的功率要盡可能接近電動(dòng)機(jī)的功率。發(fā)展方向電力電子器件的基片已從Si(硅)變換為SiC(碳化硅),使電力電子新元件具有耐高壓、低功耗、耐高溫的優(yōu)點(diǎn);并制造出體積小、容量大的驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置;磁鐵電動(dòng)機(jī)也正在開發(fā)研制之中。隨著IT技術(shù)的迅速普及,變頻器相關(guān)技術(shù)發(fā)展迅速,未來主要向以下幾個(gè)方面發(fā)展:[10]網(wǎng)絡(luò)智能化智能化的變頻器使用時(shí)不必進(jìn)行很多參數(shù)設(shè)定,本身具備故障自診斷功能,具有高穩(wěn)定性、高可靠性及實(shí)用性。利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)多臺(tái)變頻器聯(lián)動(dòng),甚至是以工廠為單位的變頻器綜合管理控制系統(tǒng)。[10]專門化和一體化變頻器的制造專門化,可以使變頻器在某一領(lǐng)域的性能更強(qiáng),如風(fēng)機(jī)、水泵用變頻器、電梯變頻器、起重機(jī)械變頻器、張力控制變頻器等。除此以外。例如由于環(huán)境溫度過高,或逆變器件本身老化等原因,使逆變器件的參數(shù)發(fā)生變化,導(dǎo)致在交替過程中,一個(gè)器件已經(jīng)導(dǎo)通、而另一個(gè)器件卻還未來得及關(guān)斷,引起同一個(gè)橋臂的上、下兩個(gè)器件的“直通”,使直流電壓的正、負(fù)極間處于短路狀態(tài)。升速時(shí)過電流當(dāng)負(fù)載的慣性較大,而升速時(shí)間又設(shè)定得太短時(shí),意味著在升速過程中,變頻器的工作效率上升太快,電動(dòng)機(jī)的同步轉(zhuǎn)速迅速上升,而電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)速因負(fù)載慣性較大而跟不上去,結(jié)果是升速電流太大。降速中的過電流當(dāng)負(fù)載的慣性較大,而降速時(shí)間設(shè)定得太短時(shí),也會(huì)引起過電流。因?yàn)?,降速時(shí)間太短,同步轉(zhuǎn)速迅速下降,而電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子因負(fù)載的慣性大,仍維持較高的轉(zhuǎn)速,這時(shí)同樣可以是轉(zhuǎn)子繞組切割磁力線的速度太大而產(chǎn)生過電流。

而負(fù)載電機(jī)的頻率高于變頻器的輸出頻率,負(fù)載電機(jī)處于發(fā)電狀態(tài),機(jī)械能轉(zhuǎn)化為電能,并被變頻器直流側(cè)的平波電容吸收,當(dāng)這種能量足夠大時(shí),就會(huì)產(chǎn)生所謂的“泵升現(xiàn)象”,變頻器直流側(cè)的電壓會(huì)超過直流母線的電壓而跳閘,對(duì)于這種故障,一是將減速時(shí)間參數(shù)設(shè)置長(zhǎng)些或增大制動(dòng)電阻或增加制動(dòng)單元;二是將變頻器的停止方式設(shè)置為自由停車。5)電機(jī)發(fā)熱,變頻器顯示過載對(duì)于已經(jīng)投入運(yùn)行的變頻器如果出現(xiàn)這種故障,就必須檢查負(fù)載的狀況;對(duì)于新安裝的變頻器如果出現(xiàn)這種故障,很可能是V/F曲線設(shè)置不當(dāng)或電機(jī)參數(shù)設(shè)置有問題,如一臺(tái)新裝變頻器,其驅(qū)動(dòng)的是一臺(tái)變頻電機(jī),電機(jī)額定參數(shù)為220V/50Hz,而變頻器出廠時(shí)設(shè)置為380V/50Hz。
