電機(jī)是平滑、無級地加速。同時起動時間ts可調(diào)節(jié)(通常在0.5-60秒之間),這有利于與空氣開關(guān)之間的配合,防止空氣開關(guān)的瞬時脫扣器在電機(jī)起動時誤跳閘。2)泵控制功能水泵在起動和停車時,水流沖擊管道,產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的“水錘效應(yīng)”。雖然水道專業(yè)已采取了一些消除水錘效應(yīng)的措施,但是如果采用帶泵控功能的軟起動器,則完全可以消除水錘效應(yīng),減少機(jī)械維護(hù)的工作量,節(jié)省系統(tǒng)維修費(fèi)用,并保證供水可靠。值得一提的是該功能為可選件,定貨圖上應(yīng)注明。3)過載保護(hù)功能一般電機(jī)的過載保護(hù)是通過熱元件來實(shí)現(xiàn)的。熱元件在電動機(jī)起動的過程中很難避開電機(jī)的起動電流而產(chǎn)生誤動作。為避免誤動,用戶常加大熱元件的動作電流,使過載保護(hù)形同虛設(shè)。通常,使用GTR做逆變管時的載波頻率底于2KHz。4.變頻器用GTR的選用⑴Uceo通常按電源線電壓U峰值的2倍來選擇。Uceo≥2廠2U在電源電壓為380V的變頻器中,應(yīng)有Uceo≥2廠2U*380V=1074.8V,故選用Uceo=1200V的GTR是適宜的。⑵Icm按額定電流In峰值的2倍來選擇Icm≥2廠2InGTR是用電流信號進(jìn)行驅(qū)動的,所需驅(qū)動功率較大,故基極驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)比較復(fù)雜,并使工作頻率難以提高,這是其不足之處。今天我告訴大家的是MOSFET以及IGBT功率場效應(yīng)晶體管(POWERMOSFET)它的3個極分別是源極S、漏極D和柵極G其工作特點(diǎn)是,G、S間的控制信號是電壓信號Ugs。

稱為反時限特性(他定時限特性)。電磁機(jī)構(gòu)與電磁型繼電器類似。在輸入電流達(dá)到動作電流的10倍以上時,觸點(diǎn)接通動作時限與特性量無關(guān),為自定時限。電壓繼電器廣泛用于小型電動機(jī)、變壓器和配電線路的繼電保護(hù)裝置。[2]分類編輯從形態(tài)上,可分為:電磁式電壓繼電器和靜態(tài)電壓繼電器(集成電路電壓繼電器)。從結(jié)構(gòu)類型,可分為:凸出式固定結(jié)構(gòu)、凸出式插拔式結(jié)構(gòu)、嵌入式插拔結(jié)構(gòu)、導(dǎo)軌式結(jié)構(gòu)等。從電壓動作類型,可分為:過電壓繼電器和低電壓(欠壓)繼電器。從使用方式,可分為:有輔源和無輔助源電壓繼電器。[3]除此以外,常見的還有直流電壓繼電器、三相電壓繼電器、負(fù)序電壓繼電器、帶延時功能的電壓繼電器等。電磁式電壓繼電器編輯1.結(jié)構(gòu)和原理電磁式電壓繼電器分為凸出式固定結(jié)構(gòu)。送入運(yùn)算回路,根據(jù)指令和運(yùn)算可使電動機(jī)按指令速度運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。(5)保護(hù)電路:檢測主電路的電壓、電流等,當(dāng)發(fā)生過載或過電壓等異常時,為了防止逆變器和異步電動機(jī)損壞。功能作用變頻節(jié)能變頻器節(jié)能主要表現(xiàn)在風(fēng)機(jī)、水泵的應(yīng)用上。風(fēng)機(jī)、泵類負(fù)載采用變頻調(diào)速后,節(jié)電率為20%~60%,這是因為風(fēng)機(jī)、泵類負(fù)載的實(shí)際消耗功率基本與轉(zhuǎn)速的三次方成比例。當(dāng)用戶需要的平均流量較小時,風(fēng)機(jī)、泵類采用變頻調(diào)速使其轉(zhuǎn)速降低,節(jié)能效果非常明顯。而傳統(tǒng)的風(fēng)機(jī)、泵類采用擋板和閥門進(jìn)行流量調(diào)節(jié),電動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速基本不變,耗電功率變化不大。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,風(fēng)機(jī)、泵類電動機(jī)用電量占全國用電量的31%,占工業(yè)用電量的50%。在此類負(fù)載上使用變頻調(diào)速裝置具有非常重要的意義。

電抗器安裝在變頻器側(cè)面或測上方比較好。這時可以用估算:變頻器容量(KW)×60[W]因為各變頻器廠家的硬件都差不多,所以上式可以針對各品牌的產(chǎn)品.注意:如果有制動電阻的話,因為制動電阻的散熱量很大,因此安裝位置和變頻器隔離開,如裝在柜子上面或旁邊等。那么,怎樣才能降低控制柜內(nèi)的發(fā)熱量呢?當(dāng)變頻器安裝在控制機(jī)柜中時,要考慮變頻器發(fā)熱值的問題。根據(jù)機(jī)柜內(nèi)產(chǎn)生熱量值的增加,要適當(dāng)?shù)卦黾訖C(jī)柜的尺寸。因此,要使控制機(jī)柜的尺寸盡量減小,就必須要使機(jī)柜中產(chǎn)生的熱量值盡可能地減少。如果在變頻器安裝時,把變頻器的散熱器部分放到控制機(jī)柜的外面,將會使變頻器有70%的發(fā)熱量釋放到控制機(jī)柜的外面。由于大容量變頻器有很大的發(fā)熱量。本機(jī)即可固定在表盤上。?由于維修需拆下本機(jī),只需反向旋轉(zhuǎn)螺桿取下安裝架,即可拉出儀表。換紙方式:(參考圖二)a]取下折紙機(jī)構(gòu),將其放在平穩(wěn)的桌面上。*折紙機(jī)構(gòu)不要磕碰。b]用手將件8【壓紙板】向外側(cè)搬動,放入一疊新紙。c]將紙的一端抽出幾折,繞過件6【導(dǎo)紙杠】,塞入件5【導(dǎo)紙杠】與件4【膠輥】的空隙,轉(zhuǎn)動件4使紙導(dǎo)出,將紙均勻地包裹在件4上*這時紙的熱印面應(yīng)朝上。d]用手將抽出的紙塞入件4【膠輥】,件3【導(dǎo)紙算珠】之間。*這時紙的折線應(yīng)盡可能的平行于件4的軸線e]用手搬動件7【齒輪】,使紙均勻地向下導(dǎo)入,自然折疊。*這時紙的折疊方向一定是其原來的折疊方向。f]當(dāng)一疊紙用完時,只需將紙取出。g]每次記錄紙的更換。

因此為了得到輸出電壓誤差,反饋電阻的取值應(yīng)該很大。由于3V工作電壓時,MAX4544的導(dǎo)通電阻僅為120Ω,因此開關(guān)MAX4544引入的誤差電壓很小,即使低輸出電壓也是如此。當(dāng)使能升壓變換器,且其輸出電壓超過MAX810的復(fù)位門檻電平并經(jīng)過復(fù)位延遲后,MAX810的輸出將由高變低,使Q1導(dǎo)通,連通負(fù)載。同時,MAX810輸出的低電平使MAX4544的COM端與NC端(常閉端)接通,使得反饋電阻由Q1的源極切換至Q1的漏極,從而允許從遠(yuǎn)離變換器的負(fù)載端對輸出電壓進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。上述MAX4544的開關(guān)過程也把MAX810的輸入端從Q1的源極切換到Q1的漏極,這樣一來,MAX810可以用來監(jiān)測負(fù)載是否過載。因進(jìn)線電壓過高,直流回路電壓超過了設(shè)定的極限值,在減速時電壓調(diào)節(jié)器起作用,造成制動電流很小,電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速降不下來,而在軋鋼時,電網(wǎng)的負(fù)載加重,直流回路電壓低于115%的極限設(shè)定值,制動功能恢復(fù)正常。在當(dāng)時無法降低電網(wǎng)電壓的情況下,將直流回路電壓極限設(shè)定值增至127%后,變頻器工作正常。在停產(chǎn)檢修時,我們根據(jù)電網(wǎng)的情況改變了變壓器的檔位,使變頻器的進(jìn)線電壓在允許的范圍內(nèi),此后變頻器工作正常。(3)AEGMultiverter22/27-400變頻器上電后,操作面板上的液晶顯示屏顯示正常,但ready指示燈不亮,變頻器不能合閘查看變頻器菜單中的故障記錄時未發(fā)現(xiàn)有故障,而對操作面板上各按鍵的操作在事件記錄中則有記錄。
