半潛式平臺DP3閉環(huán)短路試驗一次成功
繼“藍鯨1號”和“藍鯨2號”深水半潛式鉆井平臺之后的又一成功案例
配備了西門子DP3閉環(huán)動力解決方案的A5000型“海洋石油982”深水半潛式鉆井平臺近日順利完成海上DP3閉環(huán)動力控制試驗，實現(xiàn)了半潛式平臺DP3閉環(huán)短路試驗的一次成功。該鉆井平臺由大連船舶重工集團海洋工程有限公司（大船海工）承建，船東為中海油田服務(wù)股份有限公司。這也是繼由中集來福士打造的“藍鯨1號”和“藍鯨2號”深水半潛式鉆井平臺之后，西門子DP3閉環(huán)動力解決方案在中國實船上的又一次成功應(yīng)用。
西門子為大船海工A5000型“海洋石油982”深水半潛式鉆井平臺提供了西門子最先進的DP3閉環(huán)動力配電系統(tǒng)，包括中低壓配電、變壓器、變頻推進系統(tǒng)、變頻鉆井系統(tǒng)、UPS等。該系統(tǒng)能夠在發(fā)生惡劣的短路故障時迅速切斷并隔離故障點，非故障部分的運行設(shè)備在此期間能夠保證正常運行；系統(tǒng)還備有故障穿越的能力，可以保障平臺的動力定位。另外，該系統(tǒng)可以實現(xiàn)全船失電情況下發(fā)電以及與用戶的快速軟啟動、軟連接，降低了系統(tǒng)的沖擊影響，具有迅速恢復(fù)供電、恢復(fù)定位能力的特點。
半潛平臺DP3閉環(huán)動力控制系統(tǒng)是當前海洋工程領(lǐng)域領(lǐng)先的動力系統(tǒng)控制技術(shù)。據(jù)測算，在閉環(huán)模式下該鉆井平臺發(fā)電機組的平均運行時間可減少39%左右，大大減少發(fā)電機維護的時間和成本，降低鉆井平臺油耗18%。節(jié)約成本的同時可以有效減少排放，氮氧化合物可減少約39%，硫排放物減少約20%，二氧化碳排放減少約22%。
西門子于2010年推出DP3閉環(huán)電力技術(shù)，在全球率先將此技術(shù)應(yīng)用到實船并獲得船級社認證。這一技術(shù)可有效減少主機運行和維護時間，提高主機操作靈活性和燃油經(jīng)濟性，減少溫室及有害氣體的排放。目前，西門子DP3閉環(huán)電力技術(shù)已經(jīng)在全球十幾條實船上得到成功應(yīng)用。
