　　首先，國產(chǎn)PLC起步較晚，從技術(shù)上來說，較為落后。雖說最近十幾年，中國的汽車技術(shù)進(jìn)步很快，但是相對于歐美等發(fā)展國家來說，還有一定的差距。雖然在PLC方面，我們有可能實現(xiàn)彎道超車，但是短時間內(nèi)，還存在不小的難度。其次，產(chǎn)品認(rèn)知度不高，在美國沒有什么名氣，因此很多獲得美國汽車制造企業(yè)的訂單;而且美國PLC廠家出于自己利益的考慮，也會打壓國產(chǎn)PLC廠家，即使自己不掙錢，也不讓國產(chǎn)PLC廠家獲得訂單。最后，為了保護(hù)本國企業(yè)的利益出發(fā)，歐美對在制度設(shè)計上，對國產(chǎn)PLC廠家產(chǎn)品打入歐美國家還存在一些不利的限制條件。
　　國產(chǎn)PLC要想打入歐美市場，首先要選擇一個突破口，就想海爾、華為等企業(yè)，選擇一個突破點，在當(dāng)?shù)卮虺鲎约旱拿麣猓鸩降谋划?dāng)?shù)厝私邮車a(chǎn)PLC，這是一個值得效仿的策略。由點到線，由線到面，逐步推進(jìn)，逐步滲透，最終獲得當(dāng)?shù)乜蛻舻某浞值男湃魏驼J(rèn)可。統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)顯示，美國是當(dāng)代的PLC生產(chǎn)大國，全國有一百多家PLC廠家，著名的有A-B公司、通用電氣(GE)公司、莫迪康(MODICON)公司、德州儀器(TI)公司、西屋公司等。其中A-B公司是美國最大的PLC制造商，其產(chǎn)品約占美國PLC市場的一半。國產(chǎn)PLC要想在美國贏得自己的市場發(fā)展空間，必須先從小眾市場入手，避免與前面幾個大公司正面競爭，采用蠶食的方式，逐步的獲得當(dāng)?shù)厥袌龅恼J(rèn)可。
　　要想進(jìn)入美國市場，國產(chǎn)PLC的還有很長的路要走。一方面，應(yīng)該本著慢工出細(xì)活，功到自然成的原則，走循序漸進(jìn)的道路，另一方面，也要努力鉆研，用拳頭產(chǎn)品撬開美國PLC市場的大門，打造一個爆款國產(chǎn)PLC產(chǎn)品，讓美國人對咱國產(chǎn)plc刮目相看，這樣他們才會真正相信國產(chǎn)PLC廠家的實力。相信國內(nèi)企業(yè)終會在歐美市場獲得自己的一席之地。
